The council meeting has begun

The knights had already reported to Eamon, and with it, the commands Emaon had given were already set in action. The messengers to both houses were sent, and the men and women whom Eamon had chosen to take count of their spoils had already left the entrance of the building.

Liam watched them disappear around a corner as they rushed away hurriedly. As they turned the corner and disappeared beyond his sight, he gave a sigh before turning around and walking into the commerce.

He had to send another messenger back home to alert the elders about their situation, and he had to wait for Eamon to finish writing his message before he could send it. 

The process did not take too long, apparently. When Liam entered the back office where Eamon was, he saw a letter already waiting on the table with a beautiful sealed sigil on it, indicating its importance.
