"I won't say anything. We're in the same boat, I wouldn't hurt you." The manager raised his hand in assurance.

Seeing Clara Sanders' expression soften, he took the box from her hand.

Together, they left the Makeup Studio.

"Shush, she's coming..." The people chattering outside the door stopped as they saw Clara Sanders coming out of the studio, then lifted their heads in unison to make way for her.

Clara saw the mocking smiles on their faces and felt her face turn from pale to purple, her anger bottled up with nowhere to go.

With her head hung low, she walked toward the exit of the film crew set.

She had originally planned to leave discreetly through the back door, but as soon as she reached it, reporters appeared, seemingly alerted by someone, and encircled her.

"Quick, stop the reporters!" The moment Clara's manager pulled himself together, he yelled at the bodyguards they had hired.

But the few bodyguards were no match for the dozens of reporters.
