Chapter 92. Family of troubled trouble makers

"Who'd think that being an Emperor would be so boooooooooring!" Ace shouted with a pout.

The others smiled awkwardly. They had travelled to three islands in a row and each of them just gave up their valuables in fright, then hid in their homes, not daring to take a step outside until The Demon Ace Pirates left their island.

Ace got bored as no people dared to interact with them.

"And that red haired bastard is nowhere to be found....!" Ace cried out, sounding like a bored child.

"Captain, would you really go after an Emperor just cause you're bored?" Bepo asked with a tilted head.

"Of course not!" Apoo said.

"Of course! Ace corrected.

"..."

"Well then let's turn back to Wano for now." Ace said in bitterness."

"Ay ay captain!" Nami said.

On their way back, they received a newspaper that shocked them. Sengoku had retired, and Akainu had become the next fleet admiral.

This came as a surprise for everyone, especially Ace.

He fell into deep thought, wasn't there supposed to be a clash between Aokiji and Akainu? For the title of fleet admiral?

'it might've happened but maybe it didn't get mentioned in the newspaper... Or things had happened differently this time around.'

'I might've put a big load of stress on the marines, enough for even those two to keep their hands off each other.' Ace realised.

After all, the sea was arguably way more chaotic now that he had become an Emperor, along with Blackbeard and Hancock.

'Then why chose Akainu as the next fleet admiral?' Ace wondered for a second, but then it became even more obvious. The times calls for it.

Ace, Hancock, Blackbeard and Shanks, this new generation of Yonko has just gotten into their roles, and the sea was very chaotic at the moment. Until the sea settled, the Marines needed a strong leader that reacted strongly against pirates. The times calls for it.

Ace waited for a few more days, but the news of Aokiji's deserting never came.

*RING RING* As Ace was deeply thinking about this, his den den Mishi ringed.

Ace picked it up.

"W-w-here are you?!" A female voice nervously asked.

"Hancock? long time no see, I'm on way back to Wano."

'is he hinting to me that I should come and visit?' Hancock wondered with a blush.

*Peep peep* she hung up without another word.

"Eh, Hancock?" Ace asked wondering what that was all about. She hung up on him. They barley spoke a few words.

Ace returned to Wano after visiting a few islands under his territory. His territory, which was both Kaidou's and Whitebeard's former territories, had become the largest territory belonging to an Emperor.

His fleet had also grown and not many dared to cause havoc on the islands that raised his flag.

After a 3 months they returned to Wano, Hancock joined them with her crew.

It didn't take long before endless battles, foghst and spars ensued between them as they grew stronger together.

Occasionally they went to different islands that got attacked by a pirate crews.

Ace kept his eyes out for Shanks, but the red haired dude was too slippery, seemingly not wanting to meet Ace just yet.

This pace lasted a year, Ace continued training with his crew and Hancock, their closeness had spread far and wide and many believed that they had an alliance.

"Captain, congratulations..." Nami said with fondness.

"Ora ora, captain, not bad!" Urouge chuckled.

"Marriage? What's that about, shouldn't we just fight battles instead?" Yamato said, not agreeing with what had just happened.

Aca had somehow been tricked by Hancock and they just got married. Ace stood there awkwardly while scratching his head.

"Captain, you finally did it huh..." Jojo smirked.

Ace didn't know what to say. While he was eating the other day, Hancock kept speaking to him, he was too focused on the food so he just agreed to everything she said, then suddenly she stood up shouting in happiness and his crew kept congratulating him.

He didn't understand what had happened or why they reacted like that so he did the only logical thing, he kept eating. Then the next day the whole Wano had prepared for their marriage.

Ace didn't know whose wedding it was but he was happy to eat cake so he went with his crew and Hancock. But for some reason, while he was eating the cake, Hancock stood beside him in a white dress and some old man kept saying things to them, but Ace was focused on the cake.

Ace found the old man annoying and slapped him. "Ol man, hurry up and stop talking, there is an ongoing wedding taking place don't talk so much." Ace complained.

'ARAAA HE CAN'T WAIT TO GET MARRIED TO MEEE!" Hancock danced in bliss.

"Ouch, ah, y-yes, then from now on, you two are married!" The old man announced.

"Huh?" Ace stopped his cake eating.

"I'm what now?" He asked.

"Married!" The old man smiled.

"Married?" Ace asked.

"Forever!" Hancock added.

Looking around, Ace started sweating as he realised that everyone was surrounding both of them. His eyes started searching for any two people that could possible be the newlyweds... But it seemed that he was the one standing with Hancock, in the center.....

Ace swallowed dryliy...

Looking at Hancock... He didn't dare to say anything and simply smiled awkward.

That's how the strongest man was conquered.

Ace learned a valuable lesson that day, never agree to things while eating!

Half a year later, Ronaldinho Ronaldo walked up to his captain, They were sailing the Black Pearl.

"Captain, your brother did it again..." Ronaldinl Ronaldo said as he sighed.

Ace took the newspaper and read it with a smile.

He had been an Emperor for 2 years by now, and since the Marineford battle, he had felt that things had gotten boring.

It was lonely at the peak.

He had received his title, Shanks was nowhere to be seen. Hancock had somehow become his wife. Blackbeard... Ace wasn't interested in that bastard.

Marineford hasn't been making big moves since the marineford war.

But Ace could feel it, the tides were turning.

Each force was taking it's time, preparing... The sea had calmed down but Ace could feel the storm brewing.

"Straw hat Luffy, attacks a celestial dragon and declares war on the World Government!" Ace kept smiling. His brother had started sailing a few monts back, and people were already comparing them.

No... Ace had to admit that Luffy seemed to have ants in his pants, he couldn't sit still for a second without causing trouble.

"How can we be so different? He's causing chaos wherever he goes." Ace sighed.

Nami almost punched him whe she heard those words.

The two brothers were exactly the same!

"I wonder when he'll come for us." Jojo smiled, he couldn't wait to fight the little brother of his captain.

"I wonder indeed." Law also said feeling slightly excited.

"Captain, what's wrong with your family?" Nami asked finally. It seemed that their whole family had mental instabilities and itched for creating trouble.

Ace chuckled.

"Captain... The island is right in front of us, who's should fight him?" Yennow asked.

"He called us out here because he wants to fight our captain no?" Yamato said as she picked up her club, she seemed to itch for a fight as well.

"The world strongest swordsman... Has challenged us... I'm shaking in fear." Urouge said with a big grin as his veins popped, he wanted to fight as well.

"Well, Law, you take him on first although you aren't on his level, you can give him a good fight." Ace said as he smiled. The had come to this island as ihakw had challenged them to a fight.

"Let me go after..." Yamato asked.

Ace nodded. He could feel that Mihawk was almost at the Emperor level.

Everyone was excited as they neared the island.
