A Bid for Escape

Lucian and Cole turned their gaze towards Astra, and they couldn't help but be captivated by her beauty. As soon as the photographer called for their attention, they focused on the camera.

Astra and Elias continued walking until they stood beside Violet and the twins. Elias greeted the twins with a warm smile, which they returned in kind. Violet, on the other hand, fixed her eyes on Astra and approached her.

Astra sensed that Violet wanted to start a conversation, especially with the press surrounding them on both sides. Violet spoke up, "Astra, I hope you're not upset about me wearing this dress."

Astra responded with a gentle smile, "Of course not. I'm actually glad someone else bought it after I decided not to. I did feel a little guilty about it."

Violet blinked, a bit confused, and asked, "Decided not to?"
