Astra dedicated the day to work and was content with her progress. As her date approached, she began preparing herself thirty minutes ahead of time.

For this evening, Astra chose an outfit that exuded sensuality. She had refrained from wearing such attire since Alexander once expressed discomfort, believing that women dressed provocatively were all sluts. In truth, he feared other men showing interest in her.

Much like his father, Alexander was determined to ensure the merger of Orion Arch and Rayne Industry. Astra was genuinely impressed by the elaborate lie Alexander had concocted. Leon had only agreed because the merger was at risk.

In her former self, Astra would not only have forgiven him for his infidelity, but she would have felt remorseful for not being there during his struggles. She would have gone to dinner, apologized for their last encounter, and promised to stand by him, regardless of the circumstances.
