Complete And Utter Massacre

Point out any errors I made in the chapters, as I'm very lazy and sometimes can't be bothered to reread them. Also, give your opinions on something I should change or add.

Most importantly, however, they had managed to capture Lancelot's soul within the Pandemonium Lashblade's Reaper Profound Inheritance. To Feng and Black Flame, everything else, including Stone Forest Town, was of no consequence.

There was nothing particularly special or valuable about Stone Forest Town and the Stoneclaw Mountains. Feng didn't care about either, and if he wanted to, he could capture pretty much any Town in God's Domain.

What truly interested him was the massive secret hidden in Stone Forest Town. The Awakened High Elf NPC, Lancelot.

An Awakened was normally a disaster to be around in any form, even if it was only a soul of one remaining.

For Feng, however, it was the perfect opportunity to have someone like Lancelot at his disposal. Thanks to the Pandemonium Lashblade and Spectral Animacell, he could make use of the Awakened and achieve something no other player ever had.

That would have to wait for later, though, as they still had the matter of Stone Forest Town to deal with.

Feng's and Black Flame's assault on the helpless NPC had attracted the attention of all the players charging into Stone Forest Town, and the moment Lancelot was killed, their penetrating gazes fell on the pile of loot.

"The Town Token!"

The Town Token was an item that dropped only from the leader of the town. Now that Sareya had died, he would naturally drop the Town Token. As long as they obtained the Town Token, they could turn Stone Forest Town into a Guild Town. They would also receive protection from the kingdom for a limited time, during which, they could set up Shops and establish their own Guild Residences, allowing a smooth transfer of town management.

In addition, the maps around Stone Forest Town ranged from Level 30 to Level 50. Players were sure to come to this area in the future, meaning the town had a very strategic location. Not to mention, the Stoneclaw Mountains were only a short distance away.

"Everyone, charge! We must get that Town Token no matter what!"

The upper echelons of the various Guilds issued commands one after another, passing down the same order from their respective Guild Leaders.

Under a unified command, everyone charged madly towards the heart of Stone Forest Town, all fully intent on killing Black Flame and taking the Town Token.

At this time, Gentle Snow was hesitating on whether to interfere or not.

After the Town Token dropped, a marker would appear on the player who picked it up. The marker would disappear only after two hours. The Town Token would also drop upon death.

Moreover, during this period, the player holding the Town Token would not be able to use Return Scrolls and similar items. Hence, Black Flame could not escape to the city using a Return Scroll. He could only endure and survive through the two hours.

At this point, Black Flame was the closest to Sareya's corpse. Everyone else was still quite a distance away. It was obvious to everyone that the Town Token would fall into Black Flame's hands.

Faced with nearly one million elites and experts from the various guilds, even Black Flame would not be able to survive. If she brought Ouroboros's 50,000 elite members into the fray and attempted to protect Black Flame, her members would undoubtedly be wiped out, but it might provide Black Flame the chance to get away.

However, the following actions of Zero Wing's Guild Leader after he noticed the army of players charging at him shocked both Gentle Snow and the other guilds' upper echelons.

With the Awakened gone and the seal destroyed, the Obelisk had also begun sinking back into the ground, disappearing from view. As for Black Flame himself, he didn't bother picking up the numerous priceless items Lancelot had dropped, simply skimming through the small hill of drops until he found the Town Token, before pouring a large portion of his EXP into a few Levellume Capsules, bringing himself down to Level 30, downing two potions, one with a pitch-black and the other with a bronze liquid in them, turning, and flying at the rapidly approaching army.

Once an item was in his hands, it was completely impossible for anybody to steal it from him.

And since these ignorant frogs in a well dared to oppose Zero Wing, he couldn't just take the items and let them off the hook. As Zero Wing's Guild Leader, Black Flame had to teach them all a lesson.

Hence, he left collecting all the loot to the main body while he went to deal with the guilds who were claiming they would take his life.

His actions thoroughly stumped Galaxy Past and the rest of the guilds' Guild Leaders, including Gentle Snow, who although had considered multiple possible courses of action that Black Flame would take, coming directly at an army of this size never occurred to any of them.

The various guilds naturally welcomed Black Flame's choice to face them head-on, believing the status of God's Domain's number-one expert had gone to Black Flame's head and made him think he could take on any number of players.

If he had instead chosen to run from Stone Forest Town, it would have caused a lot of trouble for the various guilds considering Black Flame's speed. But this made things much easier.

As soon as Black Flame was within range, a rain of spells and arrows descended upon him, the ranged players of the army wanting to instantly obliterate the strongest player of God's Domain.

Those attacks failed to accomplish anything though, all of them being neutralized by Void Shield.

Seeing that all their attacks had not even put a scratch on Black Flame, the players confronting Zero Wing's Guild Leader were quite shocked, but thought that he must have used a Lifesaving skill in order to save himself, the commanders of the army instructing the ranged players to fire another volley while the melee players worked on pinning down God's Domain's top expert.

But Black Flame showed no mercy, not allowing his enemies to freely attack him again and immediately taking advantage of the ranged players launching the attacks at him to make the Pandemonium Lashblade's chain blade extend.

Simultaneously, Black Flame activated one of Pandemonium Lashblade's Profound Inheritances.

Profound Inheritance, Glorious Outreach!

When the pitch-black blade spanning a few dozen yards moved through the air and reached the 1,000,000-strong army's front, although the leading tanks, who were the various guilds' Chief MTs, attempted to instinctively defend against the chain sword's afterimage by bringing up their shields and activating a Lifesaving skill, all the players that the Pandemonium Lashblade touched were instantly killed, their bodies along with anything defending them getting sliced in half.

Before the rest of the players could react to their comrades with the highest defensive capabilities getting killed so quickly just as the fight began, the Pandemonium Lashblade grew longer by another dozen yards, its length having increased for each player Black Flame killed, and the Demon Sword was slashed at the front-most players once again.

Their fate was no better than that of the MTs. Regardless of class, every player that the Pandemonium Lashblade managed to reach and cut had an enormous amount of damage appear above their heads, becoming deader than dead.

Black Flame reached the area which was made into an empty space by his chain sword in the next moment, the players surrounding him from all sides watching the Swordsman as they steeled their nerves after witnessing the impossible situation that was occurring.

The various guilds' Guild Leaders attempted to command the players to act uniformly and employ a strategy to trap and kill Black Flame, but the ones standing nearby didn't have the chance to do anything, a black light flashing across them as their HP bars emptied.

It only took a few seconds for the Pandemonium Lashblade to grow to be over one hundred yards long, and that's when the true massacre began.

Sword's Orbit!

A cocoon of black stars suddenly formed around Feng, encompassing an area of over a hundred yards. Any player caught within the one-hundred-yard Sword's Orbit was instantly killed without even having a chance to realize how they had died, resulting in the Pandemonium Lashblade growing larger with each fallen weakling.

The range of Black Flame's Sword's Orbit thus continued to expand by several dozen yards with every passing second, more and more players dying by the Demon Sword's blade after each moment.

By this point, all thoughts of killing Black Flame and getting their hands on the Town Token had left the players' minds, all of them running away in the opposite direction of where Black Flame was, but anyone who had stood within two hundred yards of Black Flame when the siege on Zero Wing's Guild Leader started died in a few seconds.

Those who had been further away and realized the incomprehensible danger they were in attempted to gain some distance, with the dumbfounded Guild Leaders commanding them not reacting in time to their guild members' deaths despite the rapidly rising death toll, too shocked by the sight and wondering whether they were dreaming.

"Retreat!" Galaxy Past finally came back to his senses after a bit, ordering everybody to run away from Black Flame being the only thing he could do through gritted teeth when faced with such a situation.

None of the other guilds' Guild Leaders could believe that a force comprised of one million elite players was running from a single player, but none of them objected to Galaxy Past's decision to retreat since they too could see that there was nothing they could do to Black Flame.

He was killing their members from over a hundred yards away. No one could survive within the black cocoon, while current ranged players had no way of attacking Black Flame from such a distance.

It wouldn't be possible for them to do any damage to Black Flame no matter what they tried as even things like Magic Scrolls wouldn't be capable of reaching him, so the only thing they can do is retreat and try to minimize the number of deaths on their side.

However, they didn't give up just yet. Considering its power, whatever Black Flame was doing must have severe limitations such as the maneuverability, range, and duration of the ability.

If Black Flame couldn't move while using it, they simply had to wait out for it to end. Then, they'd be free to launch a counterattack on Black Flame and murder him with their numbers.

After the losses they had sustained from hundreds of their members dying and the ones that would die before they manage to take Black Flame down, though, the various guilds' upper echelons wouldn't be satisfied with just killing Black Flame once and getting the Town Token, instead already planning on sending some of their players after Zero Wing's members and reviving Black Flame multiple times to repeatedly kill him.

Their hidden wishes were quickly vanquished in the next moment when the Guild Leaders suddenly noticed that the black cocoon began moving.

Black Flame would naturally not allow for any of these ants to get away with their lives, so he began flying towards the direction with the highest concentration of players while continuing to execute Sword's Orbit.

Following which, the odd sight of countless players desperately running at full speed as they attempted to get away from a galaxy of black stars that was rapidly growing larger each time one of the players got caught in it played out. If anyone who wasn't aware of what was actually happening saw this, they'd assume some kind of freak natural disaster had fallen upon the various gathered guilds.

But it was simply them paying for the stupidity of their actions.

With Black Flame's Movement Speed, even though he couldn't go at his fastest pace due to continuously executing such a huge Sword's Orbit nonstop, not a single one of these weaklings had a chance of getting away from him.

The hundreds of thousands of players currently running for their lives dearly wished they could grow a few more legs right about now, as no matter how hard they tried to run, the black cocoon still moved faster than them, devouring any players who got caught within it.

By this point, the Pandemonium Lashblade had grown to its maximum length, reaching one thousand yards long as the chain sword's massive blade could now cut apart everything within a kilometer around him.

Thanks to its enormous length, Black Flame could technically cover a surface area of over 3,000,000 yards, but due to the astronomical difficulty of performing Sword's Orbit at that size, he hadn't even bothered trying, limiting himself to attacking all the players within one hundred yards of him, and covering a surface area of over 30,000 yards using the Silver ranked Sword's Orbit.

It was still incredibly difficult and taxing to do so though, and Black Flame's Sword's Orbit only actually reached the standard of a Basic Combat Technique. However, the results were incredible.

Any amount of players that he came across from any direction were all instantly turned into minced meat by the Demon Sword, which made wiping out the nearly one million players many times easier when he commenced the genocide in such a manner.

After the initial killings, the pace at which Black Flame could eliminate the various guilds' members slowed down drastically since they were no longer sitting ducks and we're instead running away in all directions.

Even Black Flame could not do anything about this since it wasn't possible for him to chase after them when they ran everywhere.

He just went in the direction where there were the most players, leaving the rest for later to catch up to and eradicate.

Meanwhile, most players were dashing towards Stone Forest Town, hoping that Black Flame wouldn't chase them in the Town around his guild members who would get caught up in the black sphere of death. Unfortunately for the few tens of thousands of players, their poor choice only caused Black Flame to target them first.

Flying back to Stone Forest Town with Wind Rider, Black Flame reached the closest group very quickly, and every area he crossed became vacant of any players.

Once he was close to the place Zero Wing's members were, which was where Lancelot's loot was after Feng had the Burning Wing Legion members come over to pick up the drops together with the Salvage Corp's summons, Black Flame switched directions, circling around their group and killing any players attempting to get to his guildmates.

Orbiting the center of Stone Forest Town, Black Flame cut down all the players running towards it, causing anybody further away who had thought of getting close to the Zero Wing members to give up and run in the opposite direction.

Seeing them scattering away from Stone Forest Town, Black Flame moved once again as well, following after the group with the most players and quickly erasing them from existence, creating a large empty part of the land without any life on it for as far as his Sword's Orbit reached.

He continued moving in that direction, killing all the players in front of him and making the ones at the edges of the black cocoon breathe out a sigh of relief that they didn't get enveloped in it as well.

That was until Black Flame got to the end of where the farthest players had run to, killing all of them in the process, before changing directions, moving another two hundred yards to the right with his extraordinary flying speed, and then flying back in the opposite direction, this time slashing the players who had been lucky enough to be just to the right of his path apart.

The horror these players felt as they watched the black sphere quickly approach them from the direction they had been running to just as they thought that the coast was clear, while not having any chance of getting away with their speed, was unimaginable.

Few even had the time to process the situation and attempt to dodge the incoming galaxy of pitch-black stars before they were swallowed up in Black Flame's Sword's Orbit, which continued being used to cut any players in his way like grass as Black Flame reached the end of the line and repeated the same thing with another row of the escaping elites; almost as if he was mowing a lawn and not massacring hundreds of thousands of players.

While the Perfect Clone was off murdering and making an example out of these guilds, on Feng's side, things were completely calm.

Not bothering to collect the Awakened's drops himself, Feng had the Burning Wing Legion members join the ghosts in gathering up all the items and bringing them to him, at which point Feng finally inspected them to see what the Tier 4 High Elf Awakened NPC possessing the Town's Great Leader had dropped.

The loot Lancelot dropped was quite bountiful. Lancelot had dropped more than 300 items, though the majority of them were Magic Crystals and some rare materials. Of the identified items dropped by the Awakened, the most valuable was the Town Token.

The next was a Dark-Gold ranked Town Promotion Order that could upgrade a Town directly into an Advanced Town, and a Grandmaster Town Design, followed by a Fragmented Legendary Cloth Armor, a Magic Array Design, a Design for the Advanced Transport Carriage, a couple Tier 4 Magic Scrolls, the key to Stone Forest Town's treasury, some Epic items, along with a few other valuable Designs and Recipes; while the rest were some Level 50 weapons and equipment. However, the items were of low quality, uniformly of Secret-Silver and Fine-Gold rank. Moreover, current players could not equip these items.

Among them, the Basic Mana Gathering Magic Array was quite a good item and could be used in a large variety of situations to greatly benefit both players and Zero Wing as a whole. Although it costs a lot of Magic Crystals to operate, at present no Guild being capable of sustaining a Magic Array like this, such an expenditure wasn't too much for Zero Wing, and Feng felt very pleased as he looked at the tattered design in his hand.

The Basic Mana Gathering Magic Array could gather and condense Mana into an area of 30*30 yards, allowing players to meditate and improve on their Skill Completion Rates within it. Although the density of the Mana inside the Magic Array would be slightly higher than in the Divine Colosseum's Trial Tower, the Magic Array costs 50 Magic Crystals per hour to maintain.

In terms of development functions, the Trial Tower had the Main God System showing players the perfect combat style of each class. This aspect of the Trial Tower was superior to the Basic Mana Gathering Magic Array, which did not supply players with any opponents. However, the Magic Array provided a perfect environment when players wished to train in the usage of their Skills. After all, the Trial Tower would not give players any time to drill their Skills.

Unfortunately, the optimum number of players the Basic Mana Gathering Magic Array could accommodate was roughly eight to ten. This capacity made the Magic Array very costly. Moreover, there would not be any noticeable effects if one only trained for one or two hours. Players usually had to train within the magic array for five or six hours. In other words, a Guild would have to expend around 30 Magic Crystals per person—an exorbitant price for the current Guilds of God's Domain.

That was only when the Mana Gathering Magic Array was at Basic rank though. Feng would naturally upgrade the Design with Blessing of Creation to further increase its abilities to the point it would be useful to even the restored members, whether it be for combat players' training or for Lifestyle Players in their work.

Storing away the Basic Mana Gathering Magic Array Design, Feng took out a golden key from his bag. This was the key to Stone Forest Town's treasury.

Every town occupied by a force of darkness would have its own treasury, just like the time when Zero Wing had raided Creek Town. However, as they had been on a Crusade Quest back then, the system had reduced the amount of treasure they could obtain significantly. Even so, it had still been a considerable harvest. On the other hand, since they had managed to actually capture Stone Forest Town without the aid of a Crusade Quest, the amount of treasure they could obtain would no doubt be enough to make Guilds go crazy over it.

However, this was a secret known only to players who had captured a town. Currently, the various large Guilds of Star-Moon City were still ignorant of this matter.

After Feng handed the key to one of the leading Bruning Wing Legion members and had them go empty out the treasury, he started appraising the remaining items.

When summoning the Salvage Ghosts, they usually went for the items that gave off the most powerful aura and attracted the most amount of Mana first, appraising the ones they could and storing everything they picked up, before moving on to collecting regular drops, which was what they did this time around until the remaining Zero Wing members got the hill of loot and started picking up all of the items unbiasedly.

These members were the ones who had either been restored recently or focused mostly on upgrading their strength, so they didn't have high-ranking Appraisal and Identification Skills. Anything that was of a high rank could not be identified by them, resulting in a large portion of the items brought to him being unappraised, along with the ones the Salvage Corp's ghosts could not identify.

Though, Feng could tell apart some of them like the Grandmaster ranked Town Design which Lancelot had dropped in the previous timeline as well, or could guess their value based on the aura around them.

Hence, he didn't think there would be many important or valuable items among these ones or better than the rest considering the extraordinary items he already obtained from the Awakened NPC; a few Epic ranked items at most.

And he was mostly correct since all of them were subpar in comparison to stuff like the Town Promotion Order or the Fragmented Legendary item. Except for one, which made Feng instantly recategorize his gains' according to how much they were worth.

Even when combining the value of all the over three hundred items, they still paled in comparison to the pitch-black, star-shaped object in Feng's hands.

While all the items only took a few seconds to appraise, this star had required Feng a few dozen seconds to fully identify and see its Attribute Panel with the Eyes of Truth.

Moreover, despite the items' true identity not having been revealed completely even after it's been appraised, Feng had a fairly good guess on what it was.

[Fallen Object]

The darkened star faintly emits a power from the ancient era. It occurs naturally with no signs of being crafted. However, a frightening power had damaged this ancient object severely in the past. If one wishes to awaken the power contained within and gain a better understanding of this cosmic item, they need to gather the power of three Tier 4 classes of either the holy-type or dark-type and expend 18 Mana Stones.

Class restriction: Non-melee classes

This was definitely a Legacy Item judging from its description. Additionally, from the description's similar structure and feeling he sensed from the pitch-black star to the Sword in Stone that had contained the Blade Saint Legacy, Feng was certain it was the Legacy Item for one of his God's Domain's Ten Great Saint Legacies, the Cosmic Saint Legacy.

From Sharlyn, Feng had learned about the Ten Great Saint Legacies during his previous life, and although he didn't know where or how to find the remaining seven of them, he was familiar with their names and characteristics.

The Cosmic Saint Legacy was an Advanced Peak Legacy rivaling Top-tier Peak Legacies and one left behind by the Space Goddess.

As one of the strongest Ancient Gods, the Goddess of Space had strength surpassing that of many Primordial Gods and she was even stronger than Sharlyn in terms of combat despite not being a natural-born God.

From what Feng knew about the Space Goddess, she was incredibly powerful and someone who had garnered an immense reputation in the human race's Greater God's Domain, and even in the Universal God's Domain.

Meanwhile, the origin of her exceptional strength stemmed from the Goddess of Space having mastered all seven of the main Laws, possessing a varying level of Mastery over the Four Major Elements and Three Supreme Elements, with the Law of Space being her best one at the Full Mastery standard and the Law with which she had formed her Superior Divine Body.

The Space Goddess's incredible talent and proficiency with the seven Laws had allowed her to accomplish many things throughout her life. It was only a shame that she never managed to integrate the other six into her Superior Divine Body and ascend to the ranks of Primordial Gods.

Had the Goddess of Space achieved that feat, she would have undoubtedly become the strongest Primordial God in the Universal God's Domain; with only beings who had Mastery over Half-step Rules being able to surpass her.

Aside from her otherworldly strength, she had also created many incredible treasures, such as the original Divine Artifact rank Seven Luminaries Ring and the Seven Treasures of his God's Domain. Though, the Space Goddess hadn't done it completely on her own as she had the help of the Goddess of Creation, with them often collaborating and having a fairly close friendship.

The two of them, along with the Goddess of Life, had went on to achieve many great things, their group of three working together to make multiple powerful items and fight against the forces of evil, even once saving Feng's homeworld from the Scholar and the Endless Abyss.

Unfortunately, their Goddess group came to a temporary separation with Sharlyn's death during one of their wars.

Now that he had the Legacy of such an extraordinary individual, with the Cosmic Saint Legacy doubtlessly being no less powerful than the Blade Saint Legacy, how could Feng not be ecstatic?

As for why he was so certain that this was a Legacy belonging to the Goddess of Space and one of the Ten Great Saint Legacies even before awakening the star? It was because Feng had once seen the Orbiting Space Striker, the Legacy Weapon of the Cosmic Saint Legacy, in action during his previous life.

The star was a very unique weapon as it wasn't categorized as one familiar to players, neither being a weapon one wields nor a Throwing Weapon. Instead, the Legacy Weapon functioned differently as it orbits around the wielder and can be controlled with their mind, attacking and moving without a need for physical input as if it was a spell or the effect of a skill; with the Orbiting Space Striker's power depending on the user's Concentration standard. The Legacy Weapon was even capable of automatically attacking anything near the user as if sentient.

A member of one of the Five Great Super Guilds had possessed the Orbiting Space Striker and became one of the guild's top experts despite his lacking combat standards, his fame quickly rising once he started using the Legacy Weapon. He had been an Elementalist, and the bane of all melee players who relied on approaching ranged classes and attacking in close-quarters combat.

It perfectly made up for the magical classes' weakness by having a weapon under their control constantly around them and thwarting any attempts to directly strike them, the Orbiting Space Striker especially being useful in avoiding ambushes from Assassins since it didn't rely on sight or regular senses to automatically defend its user, instead detecting changes in space itself across all dimensions within a certain range.

Thanks to it, the Elementalist who had wielded the Orbiting Space Striker had survived many situations where other magical class experts would have lost their lives.

Meanwhile, according to Zero Wing's investigation, Feng had learned that the star was a Legacy Weapon, and that the Elementalist had acquired it after Class Changing into a Cosmic Saint. Feng connected the dots that it was one of the Ten Great Saint Legacies that the player possessed after getting all the ten legacies' information from Sharlyn.

And the faint feeling this Legacy Item was giving off was very similar to what Feng had sensed from the Orbiting Space Striker when he had ran into that player at one point and killed him, the player himself, and to what he had sensed when exploring some places left behind by the Goddess of Space.

Along with the difficulty of unsealing this Fallen Object being comparable to what the Blade Saint Legacy's Legacy Item had required, making it likely it was one of the Ten Great Saint Legacies, Feng had concluded that Lancelot must have dropped the Legacy Item for the Cosmic Saint Legacy.

Though, he wasn't sure why. Some of the Ten Great Saint Legacies had a designated location and acquisition method such as obtaining them by completing a difficult task like the True Saint Legacy that Violet had Class Changed into after completing a Legendary Quest.

Others, however, were very random. The Blade Saint Legacy is one of them, and apparently the Cosmic Saint Legacy as well since its Legacy Item definitely didn't drop from Lancelot in the previous timeline.

Feng's best guess was that, considering the Blade Saint Legacy's Legacy Item had dropped from the first Mutant monster killed in the game by a player, the Cosmic Saint Legacy was most likely the Main God's System reward for killing the first Awakened NPC.

Some other players could have killed an Awakened with a weak level of strength in the previous timeline before Feng had taken out Lancelot, or him killing Lancelot might not have counted due to it being Anna's Valkyrie who had dealt the finishing blow to the Awakened NPC that time, or because Lancelot was technically still sealed to an extent in the Obelisk and couldn't use his real power.

Whatever the case, the important thing was that it had fallen into Feng's hands this time around, and it could be used to create another powerhouse among Zero Wing's experts who could grow much stronger than before.

The only downside of the Peak Legacy is that it can't be used by melee classes, but there were plenty of top-tier magical class experts among Zero Wing's players who don't have a very powerful Legacy, so it could either be used by Aqua and someone else would get the Sea God's Legacy or it could be saved for one of the members Feng hasn't restored yet.

Leaving the matter aside for later, Feng went back to work.

Naturally, Feng wasn't lazing around and doing nothing while Black Flame was out conducting a genocide. In fact, he had a very important job to do that only he could complete.

When he stored all the items away and focused on the galaxy of black stars in the distance, a faint blue glow burned within Feng's eyes.

From his perspective, a vortex of soul energy had formed around Black Flame with him in the center and was following the flying Swordsman where he went, pulling in all the Immortal Souls that lost their host within his giant Sword's Orbit.

Feng's responsibility in this massacre was to make sure Black Flame collects the Immortal Soul of every person he kills during this time.

In order for the Spirit Seal to do its thing, a few requirements needed to be met before he could absorb the Immortal Soul of another player. First, he could not be 5 levels higher or lower than the target player. Second, he needed to kill the target player personally. Lastly, upon the target player's death, the distance between Feng or Black Flame and the player could not exceed 10 yards. If he failed to meet any of these conditions, he would not absorb the player's Immortal Soul.

However, that was only under regular conditions. While the first two requirements did indeed need to be fulfilled so that the target Immortal Soul would be eligible for absorption, the third was only the range at which the Spirit Seal could collect them.

If there was a greater distance than ten yards when either of them killed a player, the Immortal Soul would normally immediately escape so that the player could revive.

But with Feng's ability, that requirement could be somewhat ignored since Feng could simply have the Immortal Souls get sucked into the Spirit Seal as long as the distance between them and Black Flame wasn't too big.

This was a very difficult feat to perform as he had to constantly readjust the pulling force of the soul energy vortex towards Black Flame's hand so that the Immortal Soul would be absorbed into the Spirit Seal.

He needed to simultaneously split his consciousness between both his body and Black Flame without interfering with the Perfect Clone in order to use his ability to keep the whirlpool running functionally and efficiently.

This would be impossible for someone else to do even if they had an ability from God's Domain that worked similarly to his due to both him and the person doing the killing needing to work in sync with the ability, which was only possible for Feng with Black Flame to do because abilities Mental Strength Great Grandmasters unlock had nothing to do with a player's account or Immortal Soul.

Even if someone else were to be using the Mental Strength Great Grandmaster's body, they would not be able to utilize the ability, which originates from the player's consciousness. Feng splitting his consciousness and sending a part of it to Black Flame's body allowed him to activate his ability from two origin points at once.

Such an overpowered possible useability of a Mental Strength Great Grandmaster's ability was one of the factors they were so feared, since even with only a fragment of their mind in something like a doppelganger that had no offensive capabilities could allow them to use their ability.

Of course, it was also extremely difficult to actually do regardless of one's Concentration standard.

It required immense focus on Feng's part, and only after the number of kills Black Flame was getting each second decreased slightly after the players spread out a bit could he afford to check out the items his collectors had brought to him.

Moreover, this level of utilizing his Soul Manipulation ability had previously been impossible due to the Concentration needed to pull it off, and Feng could only accomplish it now that he had absorbed two powerful Bloodlines and upgraded his Concentration standard. The vortex's capabilities were also not too great, with him only able to suck in Tier 1 rank souls at the moment, while a Tier 2 ranked soul would be much harder to absorb, perhaps even impossible if the distance was too great.

Thankfully, all of the current players in God's Domain and the ones Black Flame was currently annihilating were weak Tier 1 creatures, so there were no problems in using his ability in such a way and collecting all their Immortal Souls. The results spoke for themselves.

Any player on the battlefield who got caught up in Black Flame's Sword's Orbit, apart from losing a level and most of their equipment, will also not be able to log in for a few days. None of their souls managed to escape Feng's soul vortex.

In fact, at the beginning of the massacre, within only a few dozen seconds, a system notification had rang out in Black Flame's ears; which Feng noticed as well since a piece of his consciousness was inside the clone's mind.

System: Congratulations! You have collected 100,000 Immortal Souls. Basic Tyrant Title has been upgraded by one Level.

Curious, Feng had Black Flame pull up the Title's information while continuing to kill the various guilds' elite members.

[Intermediate Tyrant] (Advanced Title)

When title is in use, Fortitude +100, maximum Stamina increased by 80%, all Attributes increased by 50%, and Physique increased by 20%.

(Requires 1,000,000 Immortal Souls to upgrade by one Level.)

The upgrade to the Basic Tyrant Title had massively improved its boosts and usefulness, to the point even Feng valued the Advanced Title. Compared to the meager increases the Basic Tyrant Title gave him, this was much better.

But that wasn't even the best part.

Since he already has 100,000 Immortal Souls absorbed into the Spirit Seal and Title, Black Flame would only need to collect another 900,000 to upgrade the Intermediate Tyrant Title. And there just happen to be around 900,000 sacrifices scrambling around, waiting to be slashed apart.

This thought resulted in Black Flame chasing down the hundreds of thousands of players with even more vigor.

For the various guilds' upper echelons, however, Black Flame's actions created a doomsday situation. It was quite likely the worst day of their lives, and they were all praying that this was all just a nightmare they would soon wake up from.

The losses they've suffered were uncalculatable at the moment, with just guessing making the Guild Leaders age a few years. And that was without them knowing their elites and experts were dropping way more items than the regular amount and losing a part of their Immortal Souls.

Worse yet, there was nothing they could do. Black Flame had single-handedly made a force of nearly a million players feel helpless, leaving them with no other option but to run in all directions like rats.

That did not save them, though. As if he were a demon, Black Flame chased down their members and killed thousands with each passing second.

"This won't do! We have to stop him!"

"Does anyone have some way of Silencing Black Flame or trapping him?"

The guilds' Guild Leaders all entered a single call and tried to come up with a strategy with Galaxy Past as the ringleader, but their stress and anxiety turned the meeting into just them shouting.

None of them had ever been in a situation like this, and there was nothing they could do to stop this madness.

"We can't just sit still and watch! We have to do someth- oh dear God." One of the people in the call attempted to encourage the other Guild Leaders to try literally anything as it was still better than doing nothing, when his tone suddenly changed to a quiet one filled with absolute terror.

Everybody understood why in the next moment.

The pitch-black cocoon had changed directions and was heading towards him.

His instincts screamed at him to run, but the expert didn't even bother to move a muscle, simply staring at the quickly approaching sphere of death as the other elite members from his and the rest of the guilds ran by him in a desperate attempt to get away. It was too fast though. The Guild Leader had already seen his death and resigned to his fate.

A second later, his virtual screen in the video chat greyed out, indicating that the player had died. That wasn't a necessary sign for the other people in the call as they had seen the black cocoon pass through the area he had been standing in, and left nothing alive in its wake.

The remaining Guild Leaders tried to come up with some kind of plan while they were all frantically running away from the galaxy of black stars, but it was all futile. No matter how far they ran, there was no way they could move faster than Black Flame even while the latter was running as well, let alone when he was flying around with the Tier 3 Wind Rider.

Soon, only mountains upon mountains and hills of loot were all that was left of the previous army comprised of nearly one million players.

None of the players belonging to the various guilds managed to make it far from the Stoneclaw Mountains map before Black Flame caught up despite having to kill every player in each direction.

Although it had taken several minutes and a lot of effort, while Black Flame had even resorted to using his wings once Wind Rider's duration ran out, causing him to expend even more Concentration and Stamina than previously when he was using the huge Sword's Orbit, until its cooldown ended, he had eventually soloed the entire army.

If not for him having Blood Soaked, the Blood Emperor's Armor's Passive Skill that recovers a bit of his Stamina with each creature he kills, Black Flame might have even run out of Stamina midway.

Nonetheless, it was all worth it. With the losses these guilds had sustained, they were all done with God's Domain. The sheer number of equipment piled around the ground after Black Flame had drank the two potions, one being a version of Hunted developed by Candlelight's Alchemists which had effects many times greater than the original, and the other being a potion that increases the damage he does to humans while reducing the damage he does to items, pretty much guaranteed those guilds' elite and expert members were fucked, while the guilds had no way of compensating so many players with this much stuff.

More importantly, Black Flame had succeeded in absorbing the necessary souls to upgrade the Intermediate Tyrant Title to the Epic ranked Advanced Tyrant Title.

[Advanced Tyrant] (Epic Title)

When title is in use, Fortitude +1,000, Fortitude increased by 30%, maximum Stamina increased by 250%, all Attributes increased by 150%, and Physique increased by 75%.

All attacks gain the Tyrant effect, increasing damage by 300%, putting the target into a state of Fear, and greatly damaging the target's armor.

(Requires 1,000,000,000 Immortal Souls to upgrade by one Level.)

The Advanced version of the Tyrant Title was even more amazing, the boost he receives to his Fortitude Hidden Attribute being greater than Feng had ever seen even in the Universal God's Domain except for some Divine Artifacts that just give a flat increase to all Hidden Attributes.

Apart from Fortitude, Feng's Stamina, Basic Attributes, and Physique were also greatly improved, while the Tyrant effect would be of a decent assistance too.

Sacrificing the players whose Immortal Souls Black Flame had absorbed and dooming their career in God's Domain, along with their guild most likely having to disband after today's events, was definitely worth it for getting the Advanced Tyrant TItle.

However, now came the time for the most difficult part of this war, and the one Feng and Black Flame dreaded the most.

Cleaning up the battlefield!

The effects of the potion invented by the restored Alchemists of the Candlelight Trading Firm were no joke. It was a potion Feng had previously requested for the sole purpose of making sure his victims dropped the largest number of items possible regardless of the conditions.

Candlelight's restored Alchemist members, who had all reached the ranks of Master Alchemists by now, didn't disappoint Feng either, creating an extraordinary potion that greatly increased the chances of the players dropping more items, and most importantly, the result of the kills highly depending on both the killer's and the killed's Luck.

Hidden Attributes were extremely difficult to increase in God's Domain. This was especially the case for Luck as its overall importance for a player's career was no less than that of Fortitude's.

Current players most likely haven't received any additional points in Luck, which meant they were guaranteed to drop more equipment than usual even by default. When someone like Feng drank the potion and killed regular players, though, it quickly turns into a disaster for them.

With his current equipment and skills, Feng has around 650 points in Luck while the max Life Force-powered Divine Providence is active.

Any player that doesn't have a large amount of Luck could essentially kiss their life goodbye if killed by Feng or Black Flame while the potion was in effect.

These elites and experts belonging to the various guilds were the best examples. Apart from items that were bound to some of the players' accounts, not a single of the items these players had equipped remained on them.

Each of them had dropped all eight pieces of armor, all the weapons they had, be it Berserkers' Two-handed Swords, MTs' shields and weapons, Rangers' bows and arrows, both weapons from Swordsmen and Assassins as well as their Throwing Weapons if they had any, magical class players' staffs, along with any jewelry-type equipment they had on them.

Furthermore, that was only the beginning.

Thanks to the potion's effects and Black Flame's enormous Luck, all of the players dropped many items from their bags as well, sometimes losing hundreds of items from their storing spaces whether it be random items, materials, or equipment.

Those unlucky ones ended up dropping entire bags, while a certain portion of the players who either had some amount of Crime Value, or were just really fucking unlucky, lost every single item on them.

Even stuff like Coins and basic Consumables that one would get when starting the game was not spared. When these players respawn in a few days once their Immortal Souls recover, they will have even less items than when they logged in for the first time, probably only having the default bag they were gifted as a starting inventory by the system.

Though, while all this was terrible for the various guilds and great for Zero Wing, it created a huge problem for Black Flame.

Hovering above the battlefield now void of any players, Black Flame rubbed his forehead while looking at the literal mountains of items.

With nearly a million players having dropped so many items, just the equipment totaled to over ten million pieces of equipment and weapons, that they were wearing at least, without taking into account all the other that was in their bags if they had any.

As for the total number of items spanning across several thousand yards in the surroundings of the Stoneclaw Mountains Regional Dungeon, it had to be over 50,000,000.

There was no way he and Zero Wing's members could collect so much stuff even if they were willing. Their bags wouldn't be able to carry even 1% of all this shit. But they also couldn't just leave it here. That would mean a loss for the guild when it could make an easy profit from all these guilds.

The only other option was to call over more Zero Wing members to help them with the collecting.

However, it would take over ten hours for regular players to make it all the way over here from the nearest teleportation point on foot, and even more time would be required if they traveled in groups.

Just as Black Flame was considering going with that plan and Feng using Spatial Gate to teleport over a large number of Zero Wing members as he did to their group every time the skill's cooldown ends, then having them pick up the items and deliver them back to White River City using Return Scrolls, or maybe setting up a Teleportation Magic Array to quickly get the job done, an idea came to him.

Flying back to Stone Forest Town, Black Flame looked over to Ouroboros's camp; 50,000 players in their prime for doing labor at his disposal.

Currently, the members of Ouroboros were all looking stupefied at the scene before them after watching what had just transpired, still unable to recover from their shock.

Gentle Snow, too, had been completely dumbfounded while watching Black Flame single-handedly wipe out the coalition of the various guilds.

Previously, although she thought that Black Flame might have a way of escaping the guilds with the Town Token, Snow had never even considered the possibility of him wiping out the nearly 1,000,000-strong army of elites and experts.

Thanks to maintaining a certain amount of her composure, though, Gentle Snow had been able to react in time and have Ouroboros's MTs and Berserkers form a circler barrier around their 50,000 members that prevented the various guilds' members from running into Ouroboros's camp.

This way, the horde of players had no way of mixing in among them in an attempt to survive Black Flame's rampage, which Snow judged would have mostly likely resulted in Black Flame going into Ourboros's camp and killing them anyway while obliterating her members in the process.

Snow's quick and decisive thinking had once again earned the respect of her guild members, now feeling thankful for their Guild Leader's decision to not engage with the other guilds against Zero Wing since they would have ended up just like them as well, dying and losing all their items. But thanks to Snow's leadership, not a single one of Ouroboros's over 50,000 members had died.

Now that they were the only ones left alive, the black cocoon of death having circled around their group and gone after the other players who had ran past them, the members of Ouroboros, including Gentle Snow, had no idea what to do.

As Snow was wondering if she should have her guild members retreat to Star-Moon City, they all noticed Black Flame return to Stone Forest Town. Moreover, he had turned his gaze directly at them.

Beads of sweat appeared on the faces of Ourobors's members, wondering if they were about to die as well for not immediately stepping in to assist Zero Wing. Gentle Snow was thinking about how to proceed as well, when Black Flame suddenly pointed a finger at her, before making a hooking motion, as if telling her to come over there.

Knowing that she couldn't refuse, Snow brought a small group of Ouroboros's upper echelons with her and headed to Stone Forest Town's remains while the rest of the elite members waited nervously at their camp.

Climbing over the hills and mountains of items in order to get to the Town, the true implications of Black Flame's massacre began to sink in for Snow and her entourage, only now fully grasping at what it meant for the various guilds.

This wasn't a simple loss or annihilation.

Most of those guilds, if not all, would have to disband.

Only those among them who hadn't sent a large number of their elites and experts for this mission had not suffered astronomically, but considering that many of these guilds' livelihoods had depended on them securing a part of the Asure Mode Regional Dungeon today, very few will be able to recover and continue existing in God's Domain.

Although terrifying that Black Flame had achieved this all by himself, it also represented the perfect opportunity for Ouroboros to rise and take over Star-Moon City after the guild had been significantly weakened by Cao Chenghua pulling away many of Ouroboros's top members and elites.

Arriving in front of Stone Forest Town, or at least whatever was left of it, Snow gazed up at Black Flame, who was casually sitting on top of the highest mountain made up of equipment.

As they watched him leisurely relax after killing all those players, Snow's group had the feeling that instead of items, Black Flame was sitting on top of a mountain formed from millions of corpses.

His insurmountable and horrifying aura struck fear into their hearts, creating the image of a demon god sitting before them.

"Miss Snow, would you like to make a deal with me between our guilds?" As Gentle Snow was pondering on what she was supposed to say in this situation, Black Flame spoke up first.

"What do you have in mind, Guild Leader Black Flame?" Snow could only ask respectfully, not showing a hint of arrogance.

Every time she saw the man, he seemed more and more mysterious and monstrous on each occasion. Compared to when she first met Black Flame, the Swordsman sitting before her now was like a completely different person.

The Snow Goddess couldn't believe that she had once even tried recruiting Black Flame as a Forger for Ouroboros. It all seemed so laughable now.

"It would be too troublesome for Zero Wing to collect its spoils of war on its own, so I'd like to ask Miss Snow to assist me in gathering up all of these items. In return, Miss Snow can take 1% of the equipment and weapons as per your choice." Giving the suggestion for the deal calmly, Black Flame had with such leisure offered Gentle Snow an incredible offer that came only once in a lifetime.

One percent of the equipment might not seem like a lot, but with there being over 10,000,000 such items dropped from elites and experts, Ouroboros would be gaining over 100,000 good quality equipment for doing basically nothing.

Snow would be a fool if she didn't agree to such a beneficial offer, and she happily took the opportunity to strike the deal with Black Flame.

After they signed a simple contract for their agreement, Snow ordered her guild members to start cleaning up the battlefield, while Black Flame allowed the Burning Wing Legion members to get on with other stuff, not intending to waste their time with such a bothersome task considering their numbers and the amount of loot.

Before they left though, Feng had another job for them, telling the restored members to go and clear the Hard Mode of the 100-man Frost Prison Dungeon.

While clearing Dungeons, Zero Wing's restored members would normally go to their targeted Dungeon and first clear Hard Mode, before clearing Hell Mode, in order to maximize their gains and not leave the glory to any of the other guilds.

Since Feng needed something from the Hell mode Frost Prison Dungeon, he had told the restored members to not clear it yet until he was free to accompany them, hence they didn't bother wasting their time going for just Hard Mode.

Now that Feng was here and ready, they could go clear Hard Mode while Feng waits for his Heavily Weakened state to end, which, after massively improving his Physique and absorbing the Savitarian Carnation Peak Bloodline, as well as upgrading it, only lasted for around ten minutes when he uses the Tier 1 Blade Liberation for his Twofold Berserk state, and then he could join them for Hell Mode.

Everybody got on with their work, Snow and Ouroboros's members picking up the millions of items, Black Flame and Feng watching over them while resting, Feng's Concentration having been heavily expended during this as well even though he didn't do any of the fighting himself due to the scale at which he had used his ability, while the Burning Wing Legion members split up for one hundred of them to go clear the Hard Mode of Frost Prison and the others to store away the stuff they obtained from Stone Forest Town's treasury.

The harvest they gained from Stone Forest Town this time was more bountiful than the one from Creek Town.

Just the amount of Coins they obtained exceeded 3,000 Gold. There were also more than 400 Tier 1 Magic Scrolls, over 100 Tier 2 Magic Scrolls, over 2,000 Magic Crystals, over 1,000 Tier 1 Gemstones, and over 300 Tier 2 Gemstones. In addition, they had found a large number of rare materials as well as many Level 50 Bronze and Mysterious-Iron Equipment.

Such a huge haul would make any of the Star-Moon kingdom's guilds envious, but it meant little to Zero Wing.

Some of the Burning Wing Legion going into Frost Prison, White River City's Level 30 100-man Dungeon, did attract the attention of the teams trying to raid the Dungeon's Hard Mode.

Since no members of Zero Wing had previously ever bothered with Frost Prison despite clearing the Hard Mode and Hell Mode of other 100-man Dungeons in Star-Moon Kingdom's and other Kingdom's and Empire's cities, it was naturally surprising to see a team of one hundred Zero Wing members going into it now.

This development sparked the interest of both guilds and independent players, but within less than ten minutes of the restored members entering the Hard Mode Frost Prison and the matter being discussed online, a series of system messages echoed in everyone's ears.

White River City Region System Announcement: Congratulations to Zero Wing for becoming the first team to conquer the Hard Mode of Frost Prison. All players on the team will be rewarded with 4,000,000 EXP, 70 Silver, 100 White River City Reputation Points, and 40 Star-Moon Kingdom Reputation Points.

Star-Moon Kingdom Region System Announcement: Congratulations to Zero Wing for becoming the first team to conquer the Hard Mode of Frost Prison. All players on the team will be rewarded with 5,000,000 EXP, 5 Tier 2 Gemstones of random Attributes, 100 White River City Reputation Points, and 50 Star-Moon Kingdom Reputation Points.

God's Domain Eastern Continent System Announcement: Congratulations to Zero Wing for becoming the first team to conquer the Hard Mode of Frost Prison. All players on the team will be rewarded with 6,000,000 EXP, 1 Tier 3 Gemstone of random Attributes, 100 Star-Moon Kingdom Reputation Points, and 10 Humanity Reputation Points.

No one was surprised by the system announcements, as it had become completely normal for Zero Wing to clear difficult Dungeons most other guilds could not, and it was within Star-Moon kingdom's player's expectations that it would happen once the Zero Wign members entered Frost Prison.

Within around two hours afterward, Ouroboros had worked hard and collected nearly all the drops from Black Flame's massacre.

It was the easiest and most profitable, yet weirdest, ten minutes of work they had ever done in their lives.

With 50,000 of them, collecting 50,000,000 items only took some time and effort, each of the Ouroboros members needing to only pick up one thousand items.

Yet, for just that, they had received 100,000 items in return.

Black Flame let Snow pick out whatever 100,000 pieces of equipment and weapons she wanted from the bunch, before giving her a few thousand Gold Coins to have her members teleport to White River City and trade with Zero Wing's members there, who could then put the stuff in Zero WIng's Warehouse.

Snow was more than glad to have her members transport the loot since not only had Black Flame provided the necessary funds to cover the teleportation fees, but if she spreads out the items across a smaller number of players by giving them bags with lots of space and filling them up to maximum capacity before having those Ouroboros members go to White River City, Snow would even have a few hundred extra Gold Coins for her guild to use.

Though, just the huge amount of high-ranking equipment she had obtained from their deal made it more than worth it. Obtaining so much equipment of such quality wouldn't be possible for Ouroboros even if the elite members went out to grind for a few days.

Thus, collecting items for ten minutes was far more profitable. At the same time, however, she envied Black Flame, who could afford to give her such a generous offer in order to simply save time.

Afterwards, they parted ways, with Snow going to fulfill her end of the deal and to prepare Ouroboros for taking over Star-Moon City now that the other guilds had suffered such a devastating blow, while Black Flame and Feng returned to White River City.

Feng simply used a Return Scroll to teleport to White River City and went on to raid the Hell Mode of Frost Prison, but Black Flame couldn't do that.

Until two hours pass from the moment he picks up the Town Token, he isn't able to use any means of teleportation. The system had added this limitation so that players couldn't simply take the Town Token and teleport to a City, making it fair, and players would normally have to be on high alert during this period so that they don't get killed and lose the Town Token.

In Black Flame's case, this feature only served to waste his time though.

Of course, Black Flame wasn't willing to just sit around and wait for the time limit to run out before using a Return Scroll. Instead, he opted to flying back to White River City using his wings.

As a result, every so often, players across many maps between the Stoneclaw Mountains and White River City would see a bright golden marker appear on their system maps, but before they could investigate it, the marker would have already moved out of the range of their map.

With his flying speed, Black Flame managed to reach White River City within around an hour. After landing and equipping the Blood Emperor's Armor, Black Flame walked in through White River City's gates and headed to the Adventurer's Association.

Meanwhile, a few minutes after the initial clear of Frost Prison's Hard Mode, Feng had already reached the Grand Lord ranked Frost Giant, Frost Prison's Hell Mode final boss, and instantly killed it, resulting in system notifications once again ringing out in the players' ears.
