Chapter 110: Highway Battle

In the video, as soon as Steve Rogers stood up, the Winter Soldier fired a missile from a grenade launcher.

Steve Rogers pushed Natasha Romanoff away and used his shield to block in front of him.

With a loud bang, Steve Rogers was blasted dozens of meters away by the missile, flying off the overpass and crashing into a passing bus below. Caught off guard, the bus collided with a truck beside it, causing the bus to overturn.

The Winter Soldier led the other assassins in a straight line, each armed with a submachine gun, and started shooting at Natasha Romanoff and Sam Wilson. But Natasha Romanoff emerged unscathed, proving her title as the "elite assassin." Her skills were truly exceptional.

The Winter Soldier, after firing a missile at Natasha Romanoff, picked up a submachine gun and moved to the other side of the overpass, aiming at the overturned bus where Steve Rogers had fallen into earlier.

However, before he could shoot, there was a "click" sound, and his eyepiece was hit by a bullet. Then, a series of gunshots rang out as Natasha Romanoff stood below the bridge, dual-wielding pistols, shooting back at the overpass.

Almost being shot in the head, the Winter Soldier calmly adjusted himself. It was as if the head that had just been narrowly missed wasn't his own. He slowly took off the eyepiece damaged by the bullet, and while holding the submachine gun, he fiercely shot at Natasha Romanoff on the bridge.

Natasha Romanoff couldn't match the firepower of the Winter Soldier, so she had to temporarily retreat and escape in the flow of traffic.

"I'll deal with her, you go after him," the Winter Soldier ordered, and then he jumped from the overpass, landing on top of a car, completely crushing it.

While the Winter Soldier pursued Natasha Romanoff, on the other side, the four assassins used ropes to descend from the overpass. Three of them wielded submachine guns, while one carried a Gatling gun. The four of them unleashed a fierce barrage of gunfire towards the overturned bus.

Steve Rogers crouched and ran from one end of the bus to the other, crashing through the glass with a bang and leaping out of the bus.

Apart from the Gatling gun assassin, there were still three submachine gun-wielding assassins waiting. Steve Rogers directly landed underneath their muzzles.

Originally here to kill, the three assassins didn't hesitate. As soon as they saw Steve Rogers, they all opened fire.

Although Steve Rogers was a super soldier, his body wasn't invulnerable like the Hulk's. If he was hit by a bullet, he would die.

But he wouldn't die now.

Because he had superhuman abilities, which meant that whenever he needed a shield, the shield would appear.

Now, that shield happened to be lying beside Steve Rogers' feet.

At this time, the sound of a piercing siren rang out, and a police car actually arrived.

It was quite surprising since, in Hollywood movies, the police always arrived at the very end.

However, this police car that "arrived early" didn't serve any purpose. It was immediately blown up by the Winter Soldier's missile, and the police officers inside didn't even have a chance to show their faces.
