Creating a Dimension and Plans

I sighed as I saw Hashirama, dead in the pool of his blood as if I smashed a mosquito.

"I am very OP huh."

And that wasn't even 1% of my power. No wonder Isshiki went into hiding for so long. I am definitely stronger than him, if we look by potential. His dojutsu is the only thing that is troublesome.

Though I will get it when I eat him like a chakra fruit, or by transforming into Ten-tails. Though, where will I get an extra eye? On my hand?

...I don't want to think about it now.

I used Naraka path and revived Hashirama, and dropped him into Konoha before he could realise anything.

I sighed and went to the Palace I have in my ice dimension to see anything of value. Now that I think about it, Black Zetsu can be called a living karma, right?

Anyway, I looked at the dreadful palace in distace. Otsutsukis are such boring villains. Even this palace is boring!

I explored all the rooms, and found some documents in some language.

Activating my Rinne-Sharingan, I read through them one by one.

Otsutsuki Clan Taijutsu. It's just like Gentle Fist, but better. And it goes well with All Killing Ash Bones, Killing Bones in short.

Then some information about the planet. Shibai Otsutsuki ascended here, and his remains are on this planet.

Kaguya and Isshiki's mission was to collect his remains, and she would be sacrificed for the Ten Tails. Then Isshiki will just move to other living planets.

...I guess Kaguya was Isshiki's Kinshiki.

And apparently, only 4 groups are responsible for this part of universe. Kaguya and Isshiki, Momoshiki and Kinshiki, Urashiki and Hinshiki, and Rishiki and Tenshiki. The rest of the clan won't interfere in this part of the universe even if anything happens.

Kaguya and Isshiki were for this planet, and the rest are responsible for exploring.

Now, I know Momoshiki and Kinshiki are fodder who rely on Chakra drugs. Half Kyuubi was massive chakra for him. Urashiki was more fodder that he lost to genins, and had to go back in time because Naruto was too strong for him.

Urashiki must have already used his sacrificial partner Hinshiki.

Now who is this fourth pair? Rikishi and Tenshiki? Is Rikishi's ultimate move is sitting on people? I don't know.

There was nothing else in the documents, and I sighed in defeat. Atleast the location of Senrigan and all should have been mentioned...

Anyway, it clearly shows how OP Rinne-Sharingan is compared to Sasuke's Rinnegan, deciphering all these without any problem.

And she still got sealed despite being so powerful. Dumb girl!

Anyway, I explored my 5 other dimensions, but they didn't have anything but a space to deal with fodders with different landscapes.

All these dimensions are uninhabitable, but can I create a dimension with plains? I would like to have a separate dimension for creating my army of vessels just in case I get sealed.

And the answer came as yes. It is an ability of Rinne-Sharingan, and requires large amount of chakra, as large as 2 Kuramas. I can have a total of 9 personal dimensions.

"Okay, let's start doing Goddess things!"

I thought about the dimension I want to create, plains, with rivers.

"Creation of All Things: Dimension."

And I felt large amount of chakra, almost 1/10th, getting sucked by Rinne-Sharingan, and viola! A dimension was created!

I could see grass, I could see the trees, I could see the rivers, and it also had a small H-H fusion star as a source of energy!

OMG! I just created a fist sized sun! I am really a goddess!

"Kukuku! Kuahaha!"

I laid down on the grass, content with my power for now. But I have to start making plans now.

I actually don't have much of a goal because I am am Otsutsuki, who are very boring villains. But what I want is for other Otsutsukis to not eat me and I will eat them instead.

Shibai ascended to godhood by leaving his body and his soul becoming powerful enough. Isn't it something like Moksha? I don't really know that stuff.

Anyway, I will have to learn Sage Mode, if Otsutsukis can. I will not go to the frogs but maybe snakes. I can cultivate a cool snake/dragon summon for myself. Afterall, Rinne-Sharingan is OP. I am sure I can use it somehow. If anything, I will just ask Orochimaru for help. Even if I can't use sage mode, if I have a summon which can use Sage chakra, it will be of great help.

Then the next important thing is to create something like Karma. Orochimaru's Curse Mark allows for multiple vessels, but it doesn't do Orochimarufication. His soul just inhabitants the stronger body. But my body is already the strongest, and I will have to make my vessels stronger with my seal. Amado was able to create an artificial one for Code, but he is not trustworthy, and maybe with Isshiki already.

So Orochimaru will do. Not like he is anymore trustworthy. But he was able to create artificial children that could naturally perform perfect sage mode. He is certainly a genius.

Boruto will be born in some years, and I will leave a mark on him just in case. Afterall, he will have Jougan. If anything, I will just create a female clone of him to be my one of my vessels. Right now, I am using Madara's body with H-cells. Which is just Hagomoro side of genes. I would like to create a vessel with other side of genes as well.

Hmm, other side of genes..., should I go and pay Hamura's descendants on the moon? Toneri did have some connection with Jougan and did something to Hinata. And I will be pleased by having a lackey stronger than the rest of the world, although weaker than Naruto and Sasuke.
