Said a sinister voice with glee, shadows covering them as they rocked back and forth like a kid at the candy store. "When do we go after him? How long must i wait!!" Said a second voice extremely irritated, the first one responded "Now now, didn't you hear the old tale of not rushing? You may end up in a trap..... And I'm not planning on getting myself in a mess, ARE...WE...CLEAR?" approaching as they were speaking, then suddenly taking the second voice by the throat emphasizing the last parts with the tightening of their throat.

Feeling the nod of agreement he let go, turning seemingly looking at a space with full attention.

"Soon..... very soon...Hehehe AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAHA" Laughing hysterically as the first voice eye, once again glowed with purple light that glowed in darkness revealing nothing of their character.

"Do we send someone?" Asked the second voice after massaging their throat, making the first one silent. " Yesssss, you know whom to send make sure they get Massive upgrades and make sure it's actually after the invasion..... Understand?" It answered making the second voice agree "I'll get started on him,he should be ready after the invasion as you wished."

After training with what felt like eons, Jacob's training was finally complete he stood before his three teachers and bowed showing his appreciation " Thank you for everything, if there ever comes the time Asgard ever needs help. I'll be there whenever you need Allies." Odin just shook his head as Freya told Jacob "You are not just an Asgardian just like the rest of us, but you are also part of our family. Sorry that I did not get the chance to be your Godmother child, i surely would have loved seeing you grow up to be such a good man."

Jacob did not know how to respond before Thor interrupted him "My mother speaks the truth, you are my Shield brother as well. Remember you are the best of both worlds, you are part God as you are Mortal. The Curse neither the Accord will affect you." Thor after saying his piece came and slapped him oh his back laughing before saying "Just make sure, to come over sometimes for a beer alright brother?" He spun his hammer before blasting off flying. Odin looked on amused, he then said "You can come back and speak to us whenever you want to by meditation. When you awake you will be a full Asgardian, however your powers are too much for your physical body to occupy so it will take time in order to manifest itself." Jacob hearing this was disappointed

"So all my training was a waste?" He asked quietly, "No you did not My Boy, what you accomplished here was not your training on your powers. But on Your discipline, Your soul, your mental fortitude as well. Everything that you did here was necessary, so that when your powers do start to manifest themselves you know how to train and control them. Never forget you control the power, not it you."

Jacob nodded thankful for the assurance he needed, before he remembers "Lord Odin, how do I save metropolis?" Asking Odin with urgency, his eyes filled with determination and concern. He sought the wisdom of the Allfather, seeking guidance on how to stop the world engine from laying waste to Metropolis and endangering countless lives.

Odin regarded Jacob with a solemn gaze, his voice carrying the weight of his millennia of wisdom. "Jacob, my child, the burden you carry is great, but so too is your potential. To halt the destructive force of the world engine, you must first trust in your own abilities and tap into the depths of your power."

He continued, his words resonating with a sense of unwavering resolve. "Remember, true strength lies not only in the might of one's abilities, but also in the purity of one's intentions. Approach this task with a heart filled with compassion, for it is the force that will guide you through the darkest of trials."

Odin extended his hand, a small, shimmering object materializing within his palm. It was a rune-engraved talisman, pulsating with ancient energy. "Take this talisman, Jacob. It is imbued with the essence of Asgard, and it will amplify your connection to the realms. Use it as a conduit to channel your powers and focus your intentions."

He paused for a moment, his eyes locked with Jacob's. "But remember, my descendant, power alone is not enough. You must also be strategic and wise in your approach. Seek allies, unite the forces of good, and employ your abilities with precision and restraint. Find the weakness of the world engine and exploit it with a discerning eye."

Odin's voice grew firm, carrying the weight of his command. "Above all, protect the innocent. Safeguard the lives of those caught in the path of destruction. Your powers grant you the ability to alter reality, but it is your duty to ensure that the fabric of existence remains intact and that those in need find refuge and salvation."

Jacob nodded, his resolve strengthening as he absorbed Odin's words. With a renewed sense of purpose, he clasped the talisman tightly in his hand, feeling its energy course through his veins. "Thank you, Odin. I will do everything in my power to stop the world engine and protect the lives of the innocent."

Odin smiled, his voice carrying a fatherly pride. "Go forth, Jacob, and let your actions be a testament to the strength of Asgardian lineage. May your path be guided by courage, wisdom, and compassion. The fate of Metropolis and its people rests in your hands."

Before he could awake he was stopped by Freya whom hugged him saying "The talisman will help you, however your powers will go dormant for a time. When you're ready will it be there for you to call upon it." He nodded In appreciation for her warning" Thank you Lady Freya." She only smiled kindly at him saying "Your parents would be proud to see the man you have become, carry their legacy with pride my son."

Kissing him on his forehead before pushing him on his way, taking a look back with determination at them he said "I will make you all proud." Before fading, Freya looking on with a worried expression before Odin came and hugged her from behind "He'll be alright, he's their son after all. If anyone can accomplish wonders then it's him" comforting her, sinking into her husband's arms she asked worriedly.

"That's what I'm worry about Odin, what if they come for him?"

"That's easy my dear wife, this Time we'll be there for him." Odin responded with confidence, the weather darkened and rumbled as if agreeing with him.
