POISONED HIS MIND

Felicia stared at Erika, not wanting to believe what she'd said.

"That's impossible. It's impossible that he wouldn't have asked about me unless you've poisoned his mind regarding me. You snake, you think I don't know what you are planning to do? You claim to do good things but here you are lying that Jake hasn't even asked about me, not even once and you expect me to believe all that nonsense?" Felicia scoffed even though she was hurt by Erika's words.

"I'm not lying, Felicia. It's the truth. I was in the car with him half an hour ago when we were coming back from seeing Adrain and he never once asked about his mother. Not even one bit. I, myself was surprised about his actions but I can't blame him. He shouldn't need to care about someone who doesn't even care about him at all," Erika explained with a faint smile on her lips.
