"You can go right up to wash and get some rest. I will be up shortly," Rafael said, stepping to the side to let Annalise enter the door he opened for her. 

It was a long ride back from the court to the mansion and Annalise slept through most of it. There was still a good time for Annalise to sleep and get up later to go to the market since she didn't get a chance to shop. It would be better for them to shop at night so no one would recognise and surround him again.

"I want to soak in water for a long time and then go to bed, but you must promise to wake me so we can go late-night shopping. I won't speak to you for the next few days if you do not wake me," Annalise said as they failed to wake her the day before.

"Yes yes," Rafael replied. If she seemed tired, he was not going to wake her. Many stalls would be open late and they could do early morning shopping before they departed for the border.
