To improve PPM:
1. Think carefully about your sport. What moves are you likely to make? Study speed and agility training and start doing it.
2. If you're new to a gym, USE EVERYTHING. Do all the exercises in the gym. Build a well-rounded overall base and leave NO muscle behind.
3. Build your overall strength. Strength builds endurance by making everything it does easier and lighter. Strength will help your stamina: Person A has a full bench of 600 pounds, while Person B has a maximum of 315 pounds. Who is to bench 150 pounds for more rehearsals?
To improve the SPP
Learn the correct form and technique for the movements required by your sport. If you run, learn the proper running biomechanics. If you are a weightlifter, perfect your lifting techniques. If you're a quarterback or a wide receiver, discover the right faction of throwing and catching a football. A basketball player knows how to shoot first, then dribble and pass. Make sense?
Once you have learned the correct form, pierce the movements. Perform them twice daily at low intensity (morning and evening) to build muscle memory. Once you reach a point, you don't need to think about movement, and it feels natural; you've created muscle memory.
When you do conditioning, do conditioning for your sport! When you exercise or train, do your job and rest for the same amount of time so that your body gets used to these bursts of energy and learns to recover quickly between games. For example, in the case of Hector, a basketball player does high-intensity exercises of 4 to 8 seconds with about 10 to 30 seconds of rest between each game.
So remember that PPM and PPS are essential for all sports. First, identify the one you are weakest for. Second, research and learn how to train your weakness for your sport. Third, train like a beast and watch yourself improve.
As a former pro, Hector knows how huge the long-term benefits are, but he knows his weaknesses very well. After all, he has regressed, so he does not have the same build as before and is taller and heavier than in his previous life. The system perfected its firing mechanics and stability, which was already correct but was not adapted to its body.
After planning a specific program, I head to Sacramento, but before starting the program, I must call my father. There are more urgent things to manage.
