Standing tall and elegant, Karina's porcelain skin glowed in the sunlight. Her jet-black hair cascaded down her back in soft waves, framing her delicate features. Her piercing light blue eyes sparkled with intelligence and curiosity. She was dressed in a sleek black top and crisp white jeans that hugged her slender figure, the fabric falling just below her knees. A small leather bag hung casually from her shoulder as she gazed up at the apartment building before her.

She called Fumiko, and after a while, she saw a brown-haired woman walk out.

This woman was Fumiko, Karina didn't expect that her landlady would be this beautiful. She totally expected a slightly older woman with a strict face and personality.

"Are you Karina?" Fumiko asked.

"Yes, ma'am I'm," Karina nodded.
