64.3 Hellfire

Like clockwork, I raised my hand for a few seconds before readjusting my course towards the trapped people. I couldn't really tell anymore how far I've managed to walk in this place. I've lost the ability to discern hotter temperatures a few minutes ago, and everything practically felt the same in the way that they all burned my skin off. With each molten body and skeleton that I briefly saw, the more my chest lurched from the dread of walking through this hellscape. Even suits of armor were practically molten into my path as the fiery glow of melted metal illuminated the entire area. At the very least, the smell wasn't as intense here as opposed to where I first started, but I could only guess that the gases of decomposition just couldn't handle this sort of heat anymore without destabilizing....

Which meant that I was probably breathing in something fierce and poisonous without my knowledge...

"brother...."
