Fvck, wait- No! Calm down... These things just got straight off from the forge... They were still warm to the touch even now. Surely, these things were at least sterile enough to use, right? And the room itself was still warm, so surely it was relatively safe.

"I-I'm fine," I shakily replied, still trying to calm my breathing as pushed the worry off to the side. "Just remembered something that will hopefully not kill this patient."
