18.9 Sneak Attack

I felt the Feuermischung sing as I swung it around partly in preparation and mostly as a way to vent some steam. How dare me, huh?! How dare he to be this much of a- Oh shvt!

*BOOM!*

I didn't even manage to find proper footing before another shockwave rippled across the battlefield. Already knowing how his power worked, I quickly jumped as high as I could possibly manage again, narrowly avoiding the resulting fissure that almost threatened to swallow me whole. Damn.. I needed to get close to the fvcker somehow to hit him though. Perhaps-

*BOOM! BOOM!*

My train of thought took a backseat as I focused back on the fight. Two more shockwaves... Two more attacks that I didn't know where they'd be coming from. Still, common sense at least dictated that they'd be coming straight at me and from the ground up. I just had to jump again to-
