Lucas didn't stay long in the hall. He wanted to go back to Springfield Town as soon as possible.

After telling Mr. Luo that he would call it a night, Lucas headed to find Allan. His friend was busy bartending thus, they couldn't talk much. They planned to gather at Tipsy Shot, Allan's bar soon in the future.

Lucas crossed the banquet hall to get to the hallway. His backpack was left in the baking kitchen he used.

"The banquet is nice. It's just... hurm," whispered Lucas to himself, barely audible. He didn't finish his words.

From time to time, Lucas saw Thomas and Katherine talking to their guests. He couldn't help but think how hypocritical the older man was for what he had done to his own daughter.

Lucas really hoped that Liliana could finalize her plan as soon as possible.

The only matter that delayed her was her newly revived mother. She said she had to wait until her mother got more stable before telling her about everything.
