Enus, a retired Admiral of the Flora Kingdom, found himself in an unexpected position as the current branch master of the village of Mosshorn. As he reunited with a very good friend after three years, he couldn't help but feel a sense of intrigue at their reunion.

"So, after our last meeting three years ago, the first thing you're going to say to me is that you want to collect your favor," Enus remarked, a playful glint in his eye betraying his amusement at the situation. Despite his retirement, it seemed that fate had other plans for him, thrusting him into a role of responsibility once more.

Merry, with a shameless smile, nodded happily. Not caring that one of her old friends who was supposed to be retired, was a guild branch master.

Enus, a retired seasoned soldier and branch master of Mosshorn, couldn't help but offer a resigned smile at Merry's shameless enthusiasm. He had grown accustomed to her bold demeanor and her unpredictable nature long ago during his younger years. With a heavy sigh, he motioned for them to follow him, accepting the inevitability of their request.

Descending the stairs, Enus led Trebor and Merry to the second floor of the guild, where the atmosphere shifted from the administrative bustle of the upper levels to the focused intensity of training and testing grounds. The sound of clashing swords and echoing spells filled the air, a symphony of combat and skill echoing through the expansive training area.

As they walked among the aspiring adventurers honing their craft, Enus explained the significance of the training grounds within the guild. Here, fledgling adventurers underwent rigorous trials and tests to prove their worth and ascend the ranks.

The grand mansion that housed the Adventure Guild Branch in Mosshorn bore the imposing name of 'Iron Shroud'. As previously mentioned, 'Iron Shroud' was not merely a building but a sprawling estate that spanned several entire blocks. This expansive property was a testament to the guild's commitment to providing comprehensive services for adventurers, necessitating ample space for various facilities.

Within the bounds of 'Iron Shroud', adventurers could find everything they required for their quests and endeavors. From spacious training grounds to areas dedicated to cultivating plants essential for potion-making, the guild spared no expense in ensuring that its members had access to the resources they needed to thrive. Additionally, other essential services, such as equipment maintenance and lodging, were also accommodated within the expanse of 'Iron Shroud'.

On the first floor of 'Iron Shroud', adventurers found a bustling hub of activity where they could undertake quests, receive payment for completed tasks, and enjoy a well-deserved rest. This multifaceted space also housed an inbuilt tavern, offering a place for adventurers to unwind and socialize after their endeavors. Additionally, the first floor doubled as a hotel, providing accommodations for weary travelers seeking respite from their journeys.

As the entry point to 'Iron Shroud', the first floor served as a welcoming gateway for adventurers venturing into the world of Mosshorn. With its array of amenities and services, it catered to the diverse needs of those seeking adventure and exploration. From planning their next quest to indulging in a hearty meal and finding a comfortable place to lay their heads, adventurers found everything they required on the bustling first floor of 'Iron Shroud'.

Ascending to the second floor of 'Iron Shroud', adventurers were met with a meticulously crafted space designed to cater to their training needs. This floor served as a sanctuary for honing combat skills and refining magical prowess, providing a haven where adventurers could push their limits and prepare for the challenges that awaited them in the field.

The expanse of the floor was adorned with numerous small arenas, each designated for duels and sparring matches. Here, adventurers engaged in friendly competition, testing their combat abilities against fellow guild members in controlled environments. The echoing clash of swords and the crackle of spells filled the air, creating an atmosphere charged with the excitement of training and camaraderie.

Amidst the dueling arenas, designated spots for archery awaited marksmen eager to refine their aim and precision. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, archers practiced their skills with bow and arrow, striving for mastery in the art of ranged combat. The rhythmic twang of bowstrings and the satisfying thud of arrows hitting their targets echoed through the training floor.

In one corner of the floor stood a massive gym, a bastion of physical training equipped with state-of-the-art exercise equipment and training apparatus. Here, adventurers engaged in rigorous workouts, strengthening their bodies and enhancing their endurance to prepare for the demands of adventuring. From lifting weights to cardiovascular exercises, from agility drills to martial arts practice, the gym provided a space for adventurers to hone their physical abilities and emerge as formidable warriors.

Moreover, 'Iron Shroud' boasted special rooms reinforced to withstand magical energies. These fortified chambers provided a safe environment for magic users to train and practice their spells without fear of inadvertently causing damage to their surroundings. Within these chambers, wizards and sorcerers delved into the intricacies of magic, honing their abilities and expanding their repertoire of spells with precision and control.

Going to the third floor of 'Iron Shroud', adventurers were greeted by the serene ambiance of a sprawling library. This floor was meticulously curated to serve as a haven for adventurers seeking to expand their understanding and gather essential information before embarking on quests.

The library housed a vast collection of books, tomes, scrolls, and manuscripts spanning a wide array of subjects, ranging from history to practical guides on monster hunting and alchemical recipes. Adventurers could peruse the shelves, delving into the rich tapestry of knowledge contained within the library's walls, in search of valuable insights and strategies to aid them in their quests.

Expert librarians stood ready to assist adventurers in their search for information, offering guidance and recommendations on relevant texts and resources. Whether seeking information on the strengths and weaknesses of beasts found in their world or learning about flora, adventurers found the library to be an invaluable resource for expanding their knowledge and honing their skills.

Now on the Fourth Floor of 'Iron Shroud', adventurers encountered a realm of bureaucracy—a meticulously organized space where the inner workings of the guild were meticulously documented and managed. This floor served as the administrative heart of 'Iron Shroud', overseeing all aspects of guild operations with precision and efficiency.

Every transaction and interaction within the guild, from adventurers renting out rooms to receiving quests and purchasing provisions, was meticulously recorded and documented on the fourth floor. A team of dedicated clerks and administrators worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was accurately logged and accounted for, maintaining meticulous records of guild activities.

The fourth floor served as a centralized hub where adventurers could submit requests, report their progress on quests, and access vital information about guild services and regulations. It was a place where guild members could navigate the administrative complexities of adventuring with ease, relying on the meticulous record-keeping and organizational expertise of the guild's administrative staff.

It also held Enus own personal office, which was placed right in the middle of the fourth floor.

However, a question arises from the sheer scale of 'Iron Shroud', a branch nestled in the outskirts of the Flora Kingdom and seemingly removed from the central headquarters of the Adventurer Guild, which might raise questions about its magnitude and influence within the adventuring world. However, several factors contribute to the remarkable size and significance of this remote branch.

Firstly, location plays a crucial role. Situated on the outskirts of the Flora Kingdom, 'Iron Shroud' occupies a strategic position at the nexus of various dangerous territories teeming with adventure and riches. Its proximity to dungeons, forests, and other perilous landscapes attracts adventurers from far and wide, making it a bustling hub of activity despite its remote location. Mostly due to the monthly beast hordes that come.

Furthermore, the reputation of 'Iron Shroud' as a renowned adventuring outpost precedes it. Over the years, the branch has carved a name for itself as a beacon of opportunity and excitement, drawing adventurers seeking fame, fortune, and glory. Its expansive facilities and comprehensive services cater to the diverse needs of adventurers, from training and provisioning to questing and networking.

Additionally, the leadership of individuals like Enus, the dedicated branch master, contributes significantly to the success and growth of 'Iron Shroud'. With their expertise, guidance, and unwavering commitment to the guild's values, leaders like Enus foster an environment of excellence, attracting talented adventurers and nurturing a vibrant community within the branch.

Moreover, the support of the Flora Kingdom and its rulers cannot be overstated. The kingdom recognizes the importance of adventurers in safeguarding its borders, exploring uncharted territories, and protecting its citizens from threats such as beasts or other hostile kingdoms, AKA the humans. As such, it invests resources and extends its patronage to branches like 'Iron Shroud', ensuring their continued growth and prosperity.

In essence, while 'Iron Shroud' may be geographically distant from the central headquarters of the Adventurer Guild, its size and significance are a testament to the convergence of strategic location, reputation, leadership, and external support.

Together, these factors elevate 'Iron Shroud' from a mere outpost in the wilderness to a thriving epicenter of adventure and opportunity in its own right.

Returning to the second floor of 'Iron Shroud,' our attention is drawn to a towering figure clad in pristine white armor from head to toe. Adorned with a formidable greatsword in one hand and a massive shield in the other, stood Trebor, poised in a stance that exuded readiness for battle.

Before Trebor, stood another white knight, slightly shorter in stature, known as Sumina. She was on the verge of preparing to train with her companions when, unexpectedly, Enus summoned her and instructed her to engage in a duel with Trebor.

Much like Trebor, Sumina was outfitted in a complete suit of white armor, her weapon of choice being a poleaxe complemented by a small shield firmly affixed to her left arm. Of course, both Trebor and Sumina's weapons were wooden.

Standing between the two knights, Enus raised his arm, signaling for attention. "Alright, I expect a fair bout," he declared. "Once I lower my arm, commence the fight. The duel concludes when one surrenders, is incapacitated, or if I intervene. Understood?" Both Sumina and Trebor nodded in assent. With a deliberate motion, Enus lowered his arm, initiating the duel.
