[Bonus chapter] Aftermath of the Ambush: Lyle's Next Target

Lyle made an elaborate story of how he had been nervous about the entire thing and that he believed the enemy might target him and the others because they killed many Necromancers and foiled a part of their plan. 

Of course, that was what he told the soldiers and inspectors who arrived to see what was going on. His excuse was a simple one, yet one they had no problems with as those that they had killed were quickly identified as members of the enemy organization thanks to the hoods they wore, as well as the fact they attacked Lyle, a Lt Colonel of the army.

No other party in the city would dare attack a member of the military, so it was quite obvious that these 10 corpses were members of the organization the army was fighting against. Soldom had quickly appeared as well, and upon seeing the damage and the corpses on the street, he had a dark expression on his face.

He pulled Lyle to the side, as well as Drakor who was with him.
