The wolf stiffened. His entire body froze in one place, leaving him unable to move. The wolf's head swiftly turned toward Yu Weimin, looking at the man with a trace of disgust in his eyes.

Yu Weimin squinted his eyes and grabbed the pup by the neck. "Didn't you remember what I said?"

Cole's face flushed with shame as he remembered the strange warning he received with a gentle slap down his buttocks. He lowered his head, not wanting to see the other person's face.

After glancing at the hatred value, it wasn't difficult to guess what the villain might be thinking about. Yu Weimin sneered and took the pup toward the river. He didn't forget to put the baby girl inside the newly built house. He would first deal with the little brat before dealing with the girl.

As the teenager walked towards the hut, Cole felt a trace of discomfort in his heart. Oliver would be all alone with that little child, wouldn't he?

Cole hesitated before he turned into a wolf and ran inside the hut.

He wasn't going inside because of anything else. He just wanted to save a certain little toddler from getting abused.

He hypnotized himself as he made his way toward the hut.

When the teenager was about to pick up the little girl, he suddenly felt someone tugging at the hem of his pants. He glanced down only to see a certain pup grabbing his cloth in his mouth.

Yu Weimin frowned. He looked utterly confused at the moment. Wasn't the villain angry when he touched him just a minute ago? Why was this person tugging at him now?

He knew that beneath the fluffy and soft exterior of the child was the soul of a mature guy who had just come of age and had been killed brutally by the original owner of this body. So, why would this person act sticky like this?

No, there must be some other reason why Cole was tugging on his cloth.
