End of wilderness course
And for the next several days, we would kill dozens of A-Rank monsters, increasing our total points to slightly above 3 billion.
Right as the Wilderness Training Course entered its third week, we crossed paths with a group of individuals in the Giant's Valley, our new hunting grounds, all of them wearing the Four Witches Academy's uniform.
When these two groups saw each other, their eyes widened with surprise.
"Oswald…" Valery mumbled in a dazed voice as she stared at my face.
"Are you going out with Nina now?! I cannot imagine any other reason why the two of you would partner up!" The other female student in the group beside Valery quickly jumped between.
"So want if I am?" I said before turning to look at the girl and continuing, "Do we really have to be going out to be partners? I can decide who to partner with."
"…"
Valery and her team stared at me with slightly wide eyes.
"Oswald…" Valery looked at me with an unfathomable gaze.
"I—"
Just as Valery opened her mouth, Nina suddenly shouted, "Oswald! Monster!"
BOOM!
The following moment, a Mountain Cyclops had suddenly fallen from the sky and landed right beside ours and Valery's group.
I ignored Valery and her team and rushed at the Mountain Cyclops without any hesitation.
"What the hell is he doing?!" Kevin exclaimed after seeing my actions.
"He's charging at the Mountain Cyclops by himself?! Is he insane?!" Erik muttered in a dazed voice.
When the Mountain Cyclops noticed me running at it, a mocking grin appeared on its face as it raised its large sword into the air.
However, right as it prepared to swing its sword, its body stiffened, his legs started to tremble, and his started sweating buckets.
I had gazed towards it for a second and it sensed the killing intent.
Once I was just in front of the giant, I jumped up and kicked his chin with my knee.
Immediately after, the cyclops flew up a few metres before falling far away with a completely broken skull and neck.
Once all of that was done, I casually returned to Nina's side and said to her, "Thanks for the warning."
"O-Oswald… You…" The sixth member of Valery's team muttered in a dazed voice. He was a short kid that could be easily mistaken as a child with blonde hair just like John.
"Hm? You guys are still here? Sorry, but I'm busy. If you have anything to say, tell me once we get back to the academy." I said to them.
"Let's go, Nina." I said to her before turning around and walking away without looking back even once.
Nina quietly followed me, and as she passed Valery and her team, she turned to look at them with a mocking smile on her face.
"T-That little bitch! Did you guys see that?! There was a smug look on her face! She was looking down on us!" Erik exclaimed in a frustrated voice as Nina's back disappeared from their view.
*Slash*
"Aa?" Erik subconsciously opened his mouth and his tongue fell out.
"Waa? Waa havpnd?! Ahhh?!" Erik tried to say as he was confused by the situation.
At this moment, Erik heard a sound on his mind that was too familiar to him.
"Poor Erik. You should really think what you are saying. Calling her bitch? It's going to cost you a tongue."

"Hmm? Where did that scream come from?" Nina wondered while looking around.
"Don't worry about it. Might be some idiot." I said.
Next few days passed by kiiling more monsters.
Sometime later, Nina stopped walking and started staring in a certain direction with a pondering expression.
"What's wrong?" I asked her.
She pointed in the direction she was looking at and spoke, "There's a powerful mana disturbance coming from behind that mountain; it's stronger than anything I have ever seen before…"
"Could it be a boss spawn?" I asked.
She nodded, "I have never seen one before, but that is highly likely to be the case."
"Do you think we can defeat it…?" I then asked.
"Since this is an A-Rank area, the boss might be rank-S or above. I think you will be able to slay it." Nina said.
"Then let's go! I want to see what a boss in the Wilderness is like and how they compare to the ones in the Labyrinth!" I said as I started moving towards the powerful mana disturbance.
Sometime later, they arrived at the location of the mana disturbance, which was an open field. However, we were not the first ones there.
"What are they doing?" I pointed at the dozens of monsters that were gathered in the center of this open field, almost like they were doing some kind of ritual.
"I think they're anticipating the boss spawn," said Nina.
Sometime later, I asked, "How long does it usually take for the boss to spawn? We've been here for an hour already."
"Who knows. This is my first time seeing a boss spawn." Nina said.
"It usually takes a few hours, but it can take several days as well if the boss is extremely powerful." Lilith said.
"So the quicker the boss spawns, the weaker it is?" I asked.
"Something like that."
We continued to wait for the boss to spawn while more and more monsters gathered in the area.
Four hours later, Nina suddenly said, "Oswald! Something's happening!"
She nudged me, who had fallen asleep from waiting, awake.
A few more minutes later, we watched as a massive red portal suddenly appeared above where the monsters were gathered.
The monsters began roaring in excitement when they saw the portal.
From within the red portal appeared a massive red leg that was around 15 meters tall, followed by a muscular red arm, then a large head with a fierce face and two black horns.
Once this red-skinned monster was fully out of the portal and standing straight, it was at least three times as big as the Mountain Cyclops. Furthermore, this monster had two large cleavers strapped to its back like it's some kind of warrior.
"Ah! That's a fiend general. He is a weaker S-rank monster." Lilith exclaimed.
"Just S-rank?" I said with a bored voice.
I swung my scythe from afar and a dark slash travelled towards the fiend general.
Fiend general's cry was heard before the whole area was obliterated.
"That was boring. We waited for nothing." I sighed.
"An S-rank is boring...?" Nina muttered.

Time passed in a flash, and before everyone was aware, the Wilderness Training Course had come to an end.
Di. Di. Di.
Di. Di. Di.
Di. Di. Di.
We stopped our movements when both of our watches started going off at the same time.
"Looks like the training course has ended. Any kills after this point will no longer count. Let's head back to the city now." Nina said while looking at me, who nodded with a yawn.
We left the Giants' Valley and started making our way back to the city.
While we moved, Nina said to me, "Oswald, here are my points. As promised, I will give them all to you."
"You can just keep it. After all, I already have more than enough points." I said.
Indeed, since I was the only one who could kill S and A ranks, I ended up having 99% of our team points.
Nina checked her individual points for the first time, and sure enough, she only had a small portion of our total points. Although even that small portion was nearly 100 millions.
"Even if I only had a single point, a promise is a promise. Here, take it." Nina said before transferring all of her points to me.
"Thanks…" I smiled helplessly.

We returned back to the academy and the results wee announced. Of course I was at the first place with a astronomical amount of points.
After receiving some boring rewards, I finally returned back to my dorm.
"Even though it was just a month, it felt much longer right?" Lilith said as she stretched her arms.
"Of course it would feel so. It was seven chapter long afterall." I moved towards the door and rotated the doorknob.
"Seven chap- what do you mean?" Lilith tilted her head in confusion as I opened the door and walked in.
As we entered inside the room, our bodies froze with shock. My jaw were dropped and eyes widened.
Sitting on the bed was Leo with his face facing down.
Loking at current him, both me and Lilith thought the same thing.
"What the fuck?! What the fuck did you do to your body?!"
