"What exactly happened between you two?" Nigel's voice sounded from the living room immediately Nathan walked in. The boy stopped amidst his step for a second after hearing his brothers question, but continued soon after.

"I honestly have no idea" Nathan replied, his words looking a bit farfetched.

"You don't know?" Nigel asked for confirmation.

Nathan's head tilted towards his brother's direction, and for a second he could actually feel Nigel's anger lingering in the atmosphere. "I'm being serious" He made elaborate and Nigel's gaze returned to the television. It had been over a month now since Nicholas attacked, and despite them being in his apartment there hadn't been any disturbance from the guild. Nigel considered this unnaturally awkward, but he fought hard not to think about it.
