Chapter 67

{Yakushi Inn: The Next Morning}

Ekko had woken up the next morning to three warm soft bodies snuggling up against him...wait three.

Ekko opened his eyes and saw Rangiku still in her Pikachu onesie sleeping on his left arm, Cana who decided to go comando was resting on his right, and Eris who was wearing his plain white t was happily sleeping on his chest.

" When did they...you know what it doesn't even matter."

If it was before he would have teleported the girls back to their respective rooms, but not anymore. They willingly came to his room so why kick them out?

Ekko decided to go back to sleep for thirty more minutes before waking up again.

Though after 30 minutes Ekko forced himself awake and slowly got out of bed while trying not to wake up the girls, luckily he succeeded.

Though It seems like Cerbie had woken up some time ago as he was running around the garden and playing( Chasing) the butterflies.

Ekko took his usual morning shower, did some breathing exercises, and then went to the kitchen to finally make some breakfast.

As Ekko was making breakfast he hadn't noticed a shadowy figure approaching from behind.

As Ekko was cooking bacon the figure quickly jumped on the kitchen counter and snatched the bacon before disappearing into the shadows.

By the time Ekko had turned around and placed a new set of bacon the previous batch, he had made suddenly disappeared.

" Huh, dident I just...sniff sniff,*Chuckle* I see." Ekko smiled and placed the new bacon on the plate before turning his back to make more.

While he was distracted the shadow left his dark hiding spot to go and grab more bacon, but when he looked where Ekko just was, he was shocked to not see his dad.

" So we have a little thief on our hands, and I thought I raised you better." Ekko said as he appeared behind the shocked Cerbie.

Shocked Cerbie had almost dropped the bacon that he had in his mouth.

" Wraff, Wrrrr" {Wait dad this isn't what it looks like.} Cerbie put his paws up in innocence but the evidence was as clear as could be.

" Hmmm, what should I do with you, huh? I got it for your crimes of stealing this morning's breakfast I the judge serve Cerbie Makena afia five minutes of cuddles and tickles.

Before Cerbie could plead his case Ekko had cupped the pup up and started to tickle and give him scratches all over.

"Wrrrrrrrrr"( Yes, right there that's the spot dad right under the chin.) The pup growled in pleasure as it let Ekko pet him.

Instead of a punishment, this seemed more like a reward.

After Ekko was done playing with Cerbie he went back to cooking breakfast and one hour later everyone in the Inn had woken up and were eating breakfast together in the living room while watching the news.

"{The authorities are still investigating last night's Spending incidents as they try and find those drivers that had been driving dangerously through the Saitama area, unfortunately as of now we haven't received any news or breakthroughs at this current moment.

Though authorities do ask that if there are any eyewitnesses that a cash reward will be given for any useful information.

In other news the great central building of Saitama also home to the Aku conglomerate has collapsed in an unfortunate Gas leak incident, there have been three confirmed deaths as of now, one of them being the Ceo himself and his two bodyguards.

Though other than those three deaths no one in the surrounding area was harmed or injured.}

All the girls listening to the news were surprised at what had occurred last night, well Rangiku, Eris, and Masane were, Cana couldn't have cared less as she was more interested in the alcohol she had bought yesterday.

After Breakfast Masane went back to her room to write, Eris had gone to the garden to tend to the plants she had been growing and cana...Well, Cana did what she always does, if not drinking then lazing around.

And Rangiku was getting ready for work as the fashion show was only 4 days away and there was still a lot she needed to do.

" Do you need a ride again? I'm not busy today." Ekko offered but Rangiku refused.

" It's okay I already called an uber so they shouldn't be long, oh I almost forgot, here take these." Rangiku suddenly took out four VIP tickets for the show.

" Ruben had wanted me to give you these...you are coming to the show right." Rangiku asked as she had just now realized she had never asked Ekko if he would be coming.

" Wouldn't miss it for the world, I can't wait to see you shine up there." Ekko said staring into Rangiku's crystal-clear blue eyes.

Just as they took a step towards each other...

{Beeeeep}

"...Aaaand that's my ride, I'll see you later Ekko...IM HEADING OUT EVERYONE.." Rangiku got a lazy reply from Cana while Eris waved her off enthusiastically from the garden.

Ekko also waved her off but before she got to the door she turned back around and hugged Ekko before kissing his lips. It was a quick peck but how could Ekko let her leave after just one?

Ekko wrapped his arms around her waist and gave her lips a few more peck's before reluctantly letting her go.

Rangiku quickly ran away with red tinting her cheeks.

Though the widening smile on her face when she got to work couldn't be hidden from her fellow models.

Ekko chuckled before deciding to go back to the garden and practice his breathing some more.

Though after an hour he started to feel bored and decided to visit his favorite gym bro...hopefully he wasn't too busy today.

" Hey Cana I'm heading out for a bit, take care of everyone while I'm gone." Ekko said as he left the Inn.

Cana waved him off lazily as she drank her Non- alcoholic drink. As she was on the clock unfortunately she couldn't drink any alcohol, so these types of drinks would have to do for now.

Ekko arrived at the gym in less than an hour but when he got there he noticed that there were fewer people than usual.

Maybe because it was the morning who knows? Walking up to the reception Ekko greeted Aoi-san and signed himself in.

After that he made his way to the gym and just like always Loud grunts and shouts from the background machos could be heard all around.

Though Ekko Immediately spotted Machio in the corner performing all types of poses. It seems he had ripped his tracksuit not too long ago.

"Yo! Machio been a while. You're as shredded as always I see." Ekko said as he approached the surprised Machio.

" Oh, Ekko your here, glad to see you're doing okay." Machio said with a smile while continuing to do bodybuilder poses.

Ekko brought his hand up and Machio did the same.

They bumped fists before giving each other a high five then straight into a cross-armlock.

"MUSCLE!!!" Machi flexed his arm.

"MUSCLE!!" Ekko also flexed but it wasn't as exaggerated as Machios.
