The camera turns on and points at clearly horrified Nakano, who is running fast through a forest of sorts.

"Help!" She yelled in fright as she points the camera behind or in front of her. "Most friends are dead and I'm being chased down by something! I got separated by my remaining friend Emily. It all happen when we were travelling in this valley and decided to camp! We were having a great time, when all of a sudden -"

CRACK!

"W-where is it?" She said. "Why is this happening to me? What did I do to get this?"

GRRRRRRRR !

"I don't know if anybody will find this," She said looking at the camera. "But if you do, know that the stories are true and there is something here!"

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR !

"It's looking for me and it won't stop until I'm dead and I-" Nakano turns around and sees a huge pair of jaws, wide open, as it lunged to bite her.

"AAAAAHH!" She drops the camera and it focuses on the left leg and tail of the monster, while it is ripping her apart.

Nakano continues to scream out for help. The screaming stops and a pool of blood makes its way to the camera. The monster stops, realizing that the woman is now dead, and moves its tail away from the camera. The camera picks up the sound of its wings flapping, it's powerful heard as it disappears .

In March of 2010, reports of missing hikers began to surface as a huge winged creature is sighted, followed by terrible roars. The Enigma Corporation is assigned to get to the bottom of this.

Little did they know, what caused the disappearance of many people, will ultimate prove that fact seems stranger than fiction.

A camera opens up to reveal a silverette female with blonde locks and sapphire eyes, donned in a SWAT like suit minus the helmet and goggles.

"Alright, I think I got this thing working." Vanessa said as she picks the camera from behind and turns to face a brunette with sapphire eyes wearing the same uniform, caressing her M14 EBR.

"So, what are we up against?" Alisa asked as she looked at the camera while caressing he weapon.

"Welp, as far as we can tell," Vanessa began. "This area of the mountain is where the reports of sighting and missing hikers originated. And we've just got a recent report of a group that had been attacked in this area."

Vanessa points the camera around them. "And they said that a flying reptilian beast is responsible for their deaths."

"That's sounds so fictional." A feminine voice scoffed. Vanessa point the camera into a pinkette female with obsidian eyes wearing similar outfit as she is seen carrying a M16A2 rifle.

"Nothing here can fly except birds. Even then, I don't recall them being covered in scales." Sara argued, not believing what they had been informed.

"Well, you know people." The camera shifts into Vanessa, who shrugs as she gave the camera to Alisa. Vanessa then reaches something inside the van and pulls out an M4A1 rifle. "They just like to exaggerate things. But as one man said, 'there's always a little bit of truth in every bit of legend.'" Vanessa quoted, though Alisa sensed that.

"Are you seriously watching Mountain Monsters?" Alisa said in disbelief. "They can't catch a single monster!"

"Better than 'Finding Bigfoot'." Sara quipped as she entered the camera's view. "They can't even get a look on the Bigfoot they're looking for."

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!

A loud bestial roar is heard within the mountain. Immediately, everyone got into position and aimed their weapons.

"What the fuck is that?!" Sara yelled. After a few moments, everything went quiet.

"I don't know," Vanessa said, letting out a sigh of relief." But I bet it's the one

But what kind of creature makes that kind of noise?" Alisa said as the camera faces both Sara and Vanessa.

"One thing's for sure, we gotta investigate on what that is and, if possible, look for any survivors." Vanessa said seriously as she grabs her M4A1.

The camera, with lights on, shows Vanessa leading the group with her rifle aimed as Sara and Alisa, who is holding the camera followed behind her.

"You guys see anything suspicious?" Vanessa looks back to face the camera. Alisa then shifts the camera around. "All I see is trees and dense forest ahead of us." Alisa said. "Not to mention it's dark and limited our vision-"

"Wait!" The camera focuses back to Sara who stopped and pointed at something. "Looks like a tent over there!" The group turns and, sure enough, a yellow tent is seen nearby.

They ran towards the site and what they found is disturbing.

"Oh my god!" Vanessa gasped as the camera shows several female bodies, which had been either ripped apart or devoured. All were severely burned

Alisa walks over to the dead body of a brunette with her lower half missing, partially been eaten. She shifts the camera back to her teammates, who began inspecting the bodies.

"What animal could have done this?" Sara muttered as she kneels down to the corpse of a bluenette. "No mountain lion or bear can have claw marks that big."

"Whatever it is, we don't wanna attract its attention." Vanessa warned before looking at the camera. "Alisa quick, shift the camera into night vision. Lights this bright can gain its attention right away."

"The camera turns to face Alisa. "Hang on a second. Let me fin- Ah! There we go." The visuals turned green as it changed into night vision mode. However, a large golden reptilian eye is seen watching on the upper left corner of the camera before Alisa turns the camera back.

"Alright. Whatever this thing is killing people, we need to either kill it or look for any survivors." Vanessa stated. "We need-"

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!

The loud roar is heard again, alerting the group. This time, however, the roar is followed by a blood-curdling scream from a woman.

"It's that creature again!" Alisa gasped behind the camera. "And we have a possible survivor!"

"Come on!" Vanessa urged as the group began sprinting through the forest as they began hearing the scream began to grow louder, indicating they are getting closer.

"Aaaaaaah!" Alisa shifted the camera to reveal a purplenette female crashing into her. A the camera drops out of Alisa's hands as it falls into the ground.

"Alisa!" Sara's voiced is heard as she picked up the camera while Vanessa checked both girls.

"Who are you?" Alisa grunted as she helped the woman up.

"E-Emily!" She revealed, gaining their attention as she was . "Thank the heavens you're here! I-I thought I would never be rescued!"

"Emily, right?" Sara said, which Emily looked at the camera and nodded. "What happened to the rest?"

"W-we were all camping here 4 days ago," Emily explained, sniffling. "All of us were talking usual girl stuff; boyfriends, shopping, etc. When all of a sudden, this large creature flies down, and killed three of my friends, and breathed fire-"

"Fire?" Alisa said, horrified. "This sounded like a goddamn dragon!"

"That would probably explained the burned body." Vanessa muttered.

"After that, my friend Nakano and I got separated from escaping. But after hearing a scream yesterday, I knew it got her. Now I'm by myself against this thing-"

GRRRRRAAAAOOOOOOOOOO!

"Behind you!" Emily screamed as she pointed upward behind Sara. Sara points the camera to see the silhouette of a large reptilian figure flying overhead. They screamed as they all fell down.

"Holy shit, it IS a goddamn dragon!" Sara shrieked.

"Go, go, go, go!" Vanessa grabbed the camera as all four girls decided to make it through the trees, with the dragon circling the forest in search for them.

"I see it!" Vanessa said from the side the camera as it showed the vehicle they had arrived in. All four got in the van with Vanessa in the driver seat and starting the car.

"Come on, come on, come on....." Vanessa pleaded as she tried to start the car, to no avail.

GRRRRRAAAAOOOOOOOOOO!

"It followed us!" Sara cried out as Alisa, who was holding the camera, turned and sees the dark brown silhouette of the massive beast with its mouth gathering fire.

Just then, the car roared to life. "Floor it!" Alisa said as Vanessa makes a hard right turn as the camera, still fixated to the dragon, caught the dragon spewing fire fromn where they should have been burned mere seconds ago.

The camera now focused on the mirror which showed the dragon still following them as Vanessa driving like her life depended on it, because it did.

"We gotta get this dragon off our backs." Alisa said as she went at the back of the van and hands the camera to Vanessa with her using it tat the mirror to see what's going on.

The camera now showed Sara kicking the backdoor open which now sees the dragon still above them.

"Fire!" Vanessa shouted behind the camera. Sara and Alisa were more than happy to do so as they fired their guns at the dragon.

The shots either missed or barely fazed the dragon. It roars as it breathed fire again.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!" Alisa, Emily and Sara all screamed in horror, feeling this might be their last moment.

However, Vanessa, behind the camera, sees a tunnel on the road. "Not on my watch!" The camera showed her making a hard left turn into the tunnel, the flames scorching the backdoors of the van a little, but saving the three girls. The camera hears the roars of the dragon as it was angry of not getting its meal.

Vanessa didn't stop until they were far enough from the dragon in case it decided to attack the tunnel. With heavy breathing, Vanessa turned the camera at the back. "Everyone still alive?" She said.

"Alive and accounted for ma'am." Sara took a couple of shaky breaths to calm down.

"Y-yes miss Vanessa." Emily sniffled, being comforted by Alisa.

"Man, HQ is not gonna believe what we just saw when he let them see the video." Alisa said.

"Until, the sun's up, we're not taking any chances." Vanessa said before the camera fades to black.

Vanessa and the rest did not come out of the tunnels until sunrise, and headed back to for their injuries and the report about their encounters.

Despite video evidences shown in the camera, the deaths of Emily's friends were attributed to wild forests fires. To this days, the unexplored forests of the world, harbors many undocumented species, some that is considered to be from the medieval times.

Are these fabled dragons just for stories..... or do they live among us?
