[▪︎City Of Thraxa, Thraxa▪︎]
"After Prime threw me into that portal, I found myself on the surface of the moon. There, with the loss still fresh in my mind and the stinging pain still present in my body, I wanted so much to return to Earth and try again.
"But I realized the idiocracy behind that thought so standing there, the realization that I nearly killed my son together with the fact that I've thrown my family away settled deep inside my heart, bringing tears to my eyes.
"So hopeless and defeated, I did the only thing I could do. I ran. I was a failure then since I failed my mission and knowing my people I would receive a punishment befitting of my failure. That or in the worst case, I'd die.
"Nonetheless, I had a duty to the Empire to at least warn them of Prime's capabilities and his threat level and maybe, if I conquer a similar planet, my sentence would be less to nonexistent.
"So I braced myself with those comforting thoughts and moved forward through the vacuum of space as fast as I could. I don't know if I should it call it fate or luck but in a week of traveling, I arrived in another galaxy and the first thing I saw was a planet.
"I promptly landed and after seeing the new civilization I had encountered whose people were vastly different from Earth's with the only similarities between them being their technological advancements.
"In some ways the Thraxans were advanced and in some ways too, they were lesser advanced. I decided on this world almost instantly.
"The interesting thing about them was that they have a genetic handicap that limited their lifespan to nine months—Earth time—but because of this, they had a unique advantage. Learning is an instantaneous process for them.
"The elders are the ruling class, meaning the oldest person present in the world is entitled to Kingship. Thus, they cycled through leaders at a very rapid pace.
"Needless to say, it was very easy for me to assume control of the planet without an ounce of bloodshed. You'll come to realize that things move fast here."
He explains slowly in one breath, his voice calm and his face as clear as a running river.
"You mean they just handed this planet to you without a fight? No questions asked?"
Invincible asks, cocking an eyebrow in suspicion.
Omni-man looks at him and sighs.
"Yes, they did Son. Things are very different here. Here, lifespan accounts for many of their great differences. After just nine months, no one will be alive to remember how the planet was before my rule. Think about that. You outlive an entire generation in one year."
He adds, making Invincible's face fall.
"I suppose that'll make your conquest as easy as you say it was."
I chip in and Omni-man nods. As I said earlier, the Thraxans are very lucky people...
"Follow me, there's more to discuss than this."
Omni-man looks at us and says seriously and this brings a small smile to my face as the image of an intriguing specimen pops up in my head.
"Lead the way."
He turns and starts to walk out of the room through an arched doorway into the outside.
Following behind as we walk on top of a curved stone-like bridge, the reddish-orange sky painting the landscape, Invincible leaves my side and moves to the left side of his father.
And Invincible starts questioning him about why he sent an alien dressed as a space dog to call him when he could've come himself. Inconsequential family drama...
Hmm, now that I think of it, the nanobots seem to be working but at this point, it's needless.
Judging by how things go from here onwards, I'll have Omni-man in my pocket before I return back to Earth.
Hehe, the funny thing about this is that at this point, I don't care about him anymore whether he dies or not doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things like my previous shallow mind thought it would.
No, at this point I'm aiming for the big bang. One explosion that'll set the last and final part of my journey in this cluster in motion. After all, there's nothing left for me here...
<Bang!>
Suddenly, Invincible punches Omni-man's head.
"What!?"
Omni-man touches the back of his head and roars angrily as he turns to face Invincible, his hands bawled into hard fists.
"Okay, calm down! I just wanted to see if you're the real one. After seeing them wear masks that enable them to disguise themselves as Space Dog, I just had to be sure you're...Dad."
Invincible steps back and explains logically, his face innocent with his voice meek but laced with slight fear.
"And now?"
Omni-man hisses, his annoyed squinted eyes as sharp as a blade.
"...I'm sure."
Invincible nods.
Glaring at him, Omni-man releases his fists and sighs as he massages the space between his eyebrows.
"...At least you're stronger now. I was counting on that."
He turns his head and says to Invincible as he walks away to the end of the bridge and pushes open a purple door.
"What do you mean by that? What am I here to do and to think of it, what do you need me to do that you can't do for yourself?"
Invincible throws out a series of questions as both of us arrive in front of the opened door, revealing a beautifully furnished purple room.
"The situation has changed. Now, I don't need only you Mark, I need both of you."
Omni-man looks at me and remarks with a weird look on his face.
"Hoh? For what exactly?"
I raise an eyebrow and ask as we enter the room.
"I don't know how or how long but Viltrum knows I'm here and they are coming for me."
Omni-man reveals calmly with seemingly no fear, but I can sense the hidden fear and anxiety buried deep inside him.
"Shit! When do you think they are coming?"
Filled with apparent surprise, Invincible asks anxiously, his dark blue eyes showing his sudden unease.
"I don't know. All I know is they are coming and since I didn't head back to them upon my failure, to them I'm a fu——hold on a moment."
Before he can finish his grim sentence, he turns to his right and smiles widely as someone descends a flight of stairs.
The person is a female Thraxan with uhm let's say gentle facial features, a hefty perky bosom, a sexy curvy shape, and ass with a grey short robe accentuating her feminine charm.
With a smile on her face, she walks over to Omni-man and immediately—without even a word—they extend their tongues out and start rolling them against one another, initiating a passionate moment that only unsettles Invincible.
Is this supposed to be a kiss? Wow, just wow...
"Good evening my dear."
Omni-man manages to say as they continue to tongue fuck each other.
"What the hell is this!? Dad you——What are you do——"
Eyes and mouth wide open in shock and disgust, Invincible lets out but the words get stuck in his throat and so he just stands there and watches as they wrap up their 'kiss'.
He turns his eyes and flashes me a look but I just shake my head, barely able to contain my laughter.
Believe me, kid, this gets me as much as it gets you...
"I know it looks quite unusual given your familiarity with Earth's customs. I promise you, it's no odder than when I was introduced to the act of kissing when I first came to Earth. Oh, before I forget, this is my mate Andressa."
Omni-man smiles as he wipes the bluish liquid staining his lips and introduces the lady to us.
"Hello Mark, it's nice to finally meet you. I've heard so much about you."
She says with a smile that shows her homogenous white teeth and then flashes me a friendly wave.
"...Excuse me, did you just say your mate!?"
Invincible asks, very loudly in shock and disbelief as Andressa walks to a door that directly faces us on our right.
"Yes Son, this is my home now. I'm never returning to Earth so I've settled in and created a new life. I know this isn't the best way to let you know about this but this is my life now Mark. I've moved on..."
He explains with a sad look on his happy face but this only makes Invincible angry.
"Moved on!? So you've abandoned me!? Is this what this whole thing is about? You just wanted to say goodbye!? You should've never contacted me again, I can't go through this twice in one life!"
Invincible shouts, anger marring his youthful face as he stares at his father with disbelief and a sense of betrayal.
"No son, I would never abandon you. The time I hesitated to kill you signed my fate as a fugitive whether or not I won my fight with Prime. It's because of the thought of you that I decided to better myself, Mark, it's because of the thought of you that even after getting this world, I stayed and created a miracle."
He explains fondly, his voice and eyes brimming with love as he stares into the eyes of his star-struck Son.
"...What about mom? And what miracle are you talking about?"
Invincible calms down as he looks down and asks, his bawled fists shaking slightly.
"I won't discuss your mother...at least not now. Come, there's something you guys need to see. The miracle I've created."
Omni-man sighs helplessly and says to both of us as he opens the door.
"...What is that?..."
Invincible asks incredulously with wide clear eyes as his eyes fall on a small figure playing in the center of the room with Andressa by its side.
The figure is a purple-skinned male baby with black wavy hair dressed in a blue futuristic short-sleeved shirt, trousers, and boots that fit perfectly with his size.
Giggling and full of joy, the baby is busily playing with Andressa's antenna as we take a step into the orange-colored room.
Apart from its skin color, it looks exactly like a human or in this case, a Viltrumite should look.
"That...is your little brother Mark."
Omni-man gestures to the baby with his stretched arm with a sunny smile on his face, making Invincible's eyes widen further to their limits.
So this is it huh? The miracle. The one thing that is predictably going to make Omni-man rebel against his beloved Empire.
...Another Hybrid...
