131. No mistaking

When they were sure they were done shopping, the girl led them to one of the many counters, pulling the cart slowly ahead of them. One of the guards walked past them and spoke to the girl discreetly. He pulled something like a card and showed it to the girl.

Rory didn't think much into it until she saw the girl turn sharply to look at them. The girl looked away quickly when their eyes met, and her lips formed an 'O' as if she just realised something.

Rory frowned a little but she brushed it off. Maybe the guard was just telling her something about them.

People were already in line, waiting with their carts full of items, for their turn to pay. Charlotte and Rory readied themselves to join the long queue, only for the young girl to direct them to a different section and she introduced them to another young girl.
