Chapter 90: A game of polo VII

Leonard saw Annalys fall from her pony, but since he was too worried about Serena, he had no time to check on the aftermath. Thankfully, before he could utter a response, Hugo, Emily, and Hanna turned up. 

"Your highness! Huhu!" Hanna exclaimed as she propelled herself to the ground kneeling beside Leonard to check on Serena as hot tears began streaming down her cheeks. "Thank all the gods that you're alright…." 

Serena at first felt surprised. She did not expect that Hanna would react the way she did. But then seeing her cry and worry so earnestly, she felt warm in her heart. "Thank you for worrying about me, Hanna."

Meanwhile, Hugo dramatically sighed in relief. "Your highness, Charlton, thank goodness the both of you are alright. Lady Cross had a nasty fall and…"
