Yggdrasil And Erebus 2

Erebus encounter with Yggdrasil was more moving than I imagined. Yggdrasil was all-forgiving, and Erebus only wanted to be hated, because he felt guilty for the things he had done.

However, no matter how much he asked her why she didn't hate him, she would give him the same response.

"Because our mother loved us both equally, and I love you as well."

And overwhelmed by her mercy, Erebus dropped to the ground, screaming and crying in disbelief.

"I'm sorry… Yggdrasil… I'm sorry!"

He was being a bit overdramatic, but as someone that never got to experience these things to begin with, it was understandable that he would explode when his emotions developed and surged.

"It's alright… I am so happy to see you different now, to see that you're finally trying to redeem yourself. I'm so proud of you, my dear brother."

She even called him brother…

"B-brother?" Erebus asked. "I'm your brother?"
