Crab Legs

When everyone saw that the table had food and that even the seats of people that died had food many were nervous. They had no idea what to do since when they saw chairs the first thought that came to mind was the day before when someone touched a chair that wasn't theirs they were shocked. One person was so shocked that they weren't able to move for over 10 minutes!

Since each person knew of this risk they knew that the chairs were not to be underestimated so most just went to their original chair sitting down and beginning to enjoy their single meal. Jonathan and his group were no different since they thought that it wasn't worth the risk to try and grab the food. Who knows when the electrical shock would be so strong that it would kill someone.

Since Jonathan and his group decided that they each wanted to eat at their previous seats Kylie left them and headed in the opposite direction where her seat was located. As for Derek and Angela, they sat on either side of Jonathan which was pretty crazy considering the possibility of them not only being seated next to each other but also being friends.

Once everyone sat down it was finally time to see what the food was this time. This time it was a simple burger along with an assorted amount of vegetables. However, one thing that caught Jonathan's attention was the small blueberries at the top right corner of his plate. When he saw these it was as if a part of his mind was unlocked.

'Blueberries are my favorite?' Jonathan thought to himself in surprise as he picked one up and put it in his mouth. This thought wasn't a fleeting feeling due to the taste or something like that but instead something that he knew within his soul that had been hidden away somehow in the depths of his mind.

Once Jonathan realized what was happening he began looking at everyone else's plate and sure enough his thoughts were correct. On each person's plate there was a different kind of food at the top right portion of the plate. Some people had sweets, some had meats, and some even had vegetables.

When Jonathan looked over at Angela's plate he wasn't surprised to see that her favorite food was a chocolate cookie. The second she had realized it was there it ended up within the confines of her mouth where she was chomping down happily. She looked like a chipmunk due to the entire cookie being in her mouth at once which Jonathan found quite funny.

One person who had something that Jonathan didn't expect was Derek. On Derek's plate there were frog legs that were fried extremely crispy to the point they were on the edge of being burnt but when Jonathan looked at Derek's face he was already drooling from the mouth.

'To each their own.' Jonathan thought chuckling as Derek began chowing down on the frog legs.

Jonathan took his time looking around the room enjoying the sight of everyone's favorite food. It was evident on everyone's face when they took the first bite that it was a flavor that they knew by heart, something that they had known before the games had begun.

Once Jonathan finished his food, which he had to admit was quite delicious, the rest had also finished as well. They all looked at each other and knew what they needed to do. they stood up and began walking toward Kylie. What they were doing at the moment was a plan they had formulated right before they all split up and it involved the cabin.

The plan was quite simple. They wanted to allow both Derek and Kylie to have access to the cabin while also not letting it be known to the others in the game. The more Jonathan thought about it the more he realized that the people weren't dumb enough not to recognize the name of the people from yesterday so it was better to do it in secret.

With this information, they made their way all the way to Kylie who was currently eating a crab leg on her plate, "Fancy food you have there." Jonathan said laughing as they arrived at her seat.

Kylie quickly looked up pulling the crab meat out from the claw with her mouth before quickly chewing and swallowing it, "It's delicious, I can't believe I forgot my favorite food." She said as she began cleaning her face and plate.

The rest also had a similar feeling when they recovered the memory of their favorite food since they thought it should have never been lost in the first place. That the person before the memory wasn't truly them in their entirety, it was a strange sense of self that they were still absorbing.

"Are you ready?" Jonathan said changing the topic while looking toward Angela who was also looking toward Jonathan waiting on him to say something.

"Yeah, I'm ready." Angela said as she glanced around the table once more making sure no one was listening to their conversation or anything about what was happening. It would be bad if even one person heard because one becomes two and two becomes four and so on.

"I let both Derek and Kylie have access to the cabin." Angela said out loud letting the people that run the games know she was giving up 2 of the 5 spots. Now that the access was given, the plan was basically finished except for one piece that would let the other spots be decided.

Jonathan, Derek, and Kylie positioned themselves at the end of the table pretending they were having a deep conversation while Angela stood up and began looking toward the crowd of people that were confused about why she was looking at them.

"THE FIRST 5 PEOPLE TO ARRIVE AT THE FORCE FIELD WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE CABIN! GO NOW!" Angela shouted as loud as her little voice would let her.
