- Under the Temple

"The Bloody Dawn?" Gus asked. "How many of them?"

"About ten, all Shenia," Emmy answered as Joel shifted across so that Gus could get up.

He peered over the top of the machine that they hid behind and looked out at the area beyond. This time, instead of focusing on the intricacy of the machine he focus his gaze on the ground, looking for any signs of the Bloody Dawn. 

The ten that the others had seen were heading towards them, and were likely on their way back up the stairs towards the main body of the temple. Considering the large area of the place that they found themselves in, they were rather close to where Gus and the others hid. In the distance, Gus could make out groups of other figures that were presumably other members of the Bloody Dawn. Unfortunately, they were too far away for his eyes to make out how large the groups were, or what parts of the Bloody Dawn they were actually made up of.
