Barnelli

The lightning rolled down Alex's arms and into his fingertips where it arced outwards like a tiger pouncing on it's prey. Detective Barnelli dived to the side the moment she saw Alex getting ready to attack and narrowly managed to avoid the lightning as it blasted a chunk out of the wall behind her.

She quickly turned to face Alex and her partner but the bright flash of light generated by the lightning had temporarily blinded her. With her vision being unreliable, Detective Barnelli stood to her feet and used the wall beside her as a guide to run to the area she believed to be behind Alex.

'I don't know if he can hit me back here but at least he can't see me so aiming should be difficult.' She crouched down and blinked dozens of times, trying to get her vision to return.
