Wen Chi carried her inside.
"Wait outside for me, I'll call you when I'm done," Gu Huanhuan said, embarrassed.
Noticing her shyness, Wen Chi nodded, stepped out, and gently closed the door behind him.
Gu Huanhuan, leaning against the wall for support, carefully knelt beside the toilet. Her stomach churned violently, and with a retch, she forced herself to throw up everything she had just eaten.
Not a bit remained, and by the end, she was vomiting bile.
She couldn't hold herself up any longer and collapsed next to the toilet. The floor was cold, but she was indifferent to it.
Her head was spinning continuously, she felt dizzy, and her vision blurred. Sudden searing pain shot through her legs—it felt as though countless ants were burrowing into her blood vessels, making every limb indescribably uncomfortable.
She felt so miserable she thought she would die, but she endured it, not wanting to worry Wen Chi.
