80s Muscle Machos in the Fray

"It's been said that you're the one who made most of the Back to the Future film we've just watched." Cameron stared with intrigue. "Since this also tackles time travel like my Terminator, do you want to compare notes?"

Alexander was already clued in that it was Innovative Rob and Curious Bob that spilled the beans so it was within expectations for someone like Cameron to hound him about the story.

"What do you want to know, Mr. Cameron?"

"For starters, doesn't Marty McFly's travels contradict Kyle Reese's?" This was what Cameron was troubled about. "Marty meddling in the past meant changing his future and even wiping himself out of existence. If you think about it, wouldn't Kyle and Sarah's relationship in my Terminator be much more catastrophic?"

"Uhm... you should just think of 'Back to the Future' and Terminator as films that made use of a theoretical concept that has many interpretations." Alexander reasoned. "Back to the Future's version of time travel isn't necessarily the correct one and so is your Terminator. It's best if you just go with what you've already established for some Terminator sequel you have in mind."

"You are thinking of making a sequel to Terminator, right?" This was what Alexander probed. 'T2: Judgement Day' is a groundbreaking film of its time and it would be stupid to pass up on the chance to join its successful bandwagon.

Hooking it under Creed Pictures' future catalog would be even more ideal.

"As a matter of fact, I am making a sequel and it's going to be grander and even more ambitious than the B-movie idea it had been." Cameron grinned with excitement. Terminator was going to be his crowning glory and further advancement in the field of filmmaking.

"Given that you said interesting points of distinctive time travel concepts, could you give this director some of the finer points as to why Back to the Future's time travel is different from Terminator's time travel?" Cameron turned back to the little boy with curiosity.

"Back to the Future's take on time travel is anything but revolutionary." Alexander answered. "It's just the simple reimagining of changing one aspect of the past that would change a lot in the future."

This was long debated and compared in long Reddit debates, so Alexander simply simplified it as simple as he could. "For your Terminator, it's deterministic, fated, and designed as it should be."

"Kyle Reese is always meant to travel to the past to help Sara and make a baby with her. That baby would know what happened and grow up to send his would-be father to the past for everything to fall in place." Alexander added. "This should remain true unless you change something on your next Terminator iteration, Mr. Cameron."

It was a paradox of time and fate that need not be explored further. Whatever past-future's T3 and onwards had done was a travesty that broke the simple yet profound Terminator film series.

Alexander didn't know whether he'd really be able to take some helm on the Terminator project but he surely wouldn't want to make repeatedly failing sequels to Terminator.

Cameron hummed in agreement at what he heard. In truth, he wasn't really worried about the time travel conundrum and had already arrived at the same conjecture as what was reasoned by Alexander.

His real goal is to gauge the boy's capabilities and sure enough... THE Alexander Creed did not disappoint. Creating and producing Creed Comics' content must really come from the boy before him.

"I'm getting a clearer and clearer idea on the sequel already." Cameron may be hard and pushy when it came to matters of filmmaking but he was not too stingy to praise people. "If only you could make a Terminator comic book, then maybe everything would be much clearer."

Alexander just smiled at the gesture and said. "If that were to happen, the Terminator would be littered with Metallo lawsuits or whatever pesky annoyances that the Creed Comics enemies could whip up."

"I've read some news about that." Cameron empathized. "Don't worry too much though. They're just folks that are either envious of your success, want to destroy you, or leech of your gains."

Alexander chuckled at that as he knew how much legal trouble this director would face in the future with regard to his successful works.

Of course, he didn't forget to add a witty quip. "Or.... maybe their goals are all that you've mentioned all together."

Cameron grinned at that. "I like the way you think, Alexander Creed."

Perhaps some sort of camaraderie was born of such simple exchanges.

Too bad it was cut shorter as two hunky fellows in groomed suits joined along...

It was none other than the 80s macho entourage that Cameron brought along.

------

"Well, little Mr. Creed, I believe you know these two big guys." Cameron became the middleman as he tapped the strong duo on their shoulders.

"I do." Alexander affirmed this in his own way. "Rocky Rambo and Terminator Conan."

"Haha! Perhaps that's what I should call these two from now on." Cameron did not fail to laugh.

Of course, the two giants were good sports and responded well to the little boy before them.

"Rocky Rambo Sylvestre Stallone." Stallone leaned in a bit to shake the boy's hand.

"Hi to you, little friend." As soon as Stallone was done, Schwarzenegger followed suit. "Terminator Conan plus Commando Arnold Schwarzenegger."

"Hello, I'm Alexander Creed." Alexander greeted accordingly and didn't forget to add the celebrity meeting customary cliche of. "Big fan of your works."

""Thank you!"" The duo responded in an un-timed but synchronous manner. It was not hard to tell which voice was which though... their world-renowned voice and accent were hard to miss.

Of course, as soon as the unplanned duality happened, the big guys in suits had a distinctive stare down from the awkwardness that came from it.

"Don't mind these two. They've been at this since I've gotten the chance to acquaint with the two of them at the same instance." Cameron quickly dispensed the situation lest it gets to the level of showing off each other's muscles.

"Sorry about that." Stallone coughed as he fixed his tie to keep lax.

Schwarzenegger was already out of the situation and moved on to Alexander so that he could help out his director friend. "Little friend, our macho weirdness aside, and you being a big fan of ours. Director James Cameron here is said to be a big fan of you."

"I don't know if it's true but since he said so... it must be." Stallone didn't want to be 1P-ed and helped with the entouraging as well. "Take it from me as a long-term actor, an established guy like Cameron is trustworthy to work with."

"Er..." Alexander had no clue why this added pitch came but he had to deal with it.

"Stop embarrassing me already, I've already done all that and more... so shoo with you big fellows." Cameron wanted to palm himself from these blokes uncoordination with his rhythm.

In any case, some bits of socializing ensued... with two 80's muscles joining the fray.

------

Of course, while Alexander reacted as he normally would on the outside, his inner workings worked differently.

Things such as benefiting from this meeting were rummaging through his thoughts and the values that these 3 people before him hold.

He already had his profiling of James Cameron but these two mega-action stars and future Expendables had some big merits.

Stallone's film library was a bit on the low side but his writing talent was considerable. His appeal and sway plummeted at some point though and he became "Nom-nom" King Shark.

For Schwarzenegger... well... being a future governor of a place that housed many of Hollywood and befriending him must bear some considerable fruits.

In any case, Alexander's business thoughts processed while he conversed as "eloquently" as he can.

His thoughts may have gone too far at some point though as his special vision made him see Stallone and Schwarzenegger as pixelated soldier versions of themselves.

No doubt that his visualization had inadvertently arrived at the Contra video game.

There was also no doubt that his business schemes had even made their way to the realms of games.

Either way, this socializing was as eventful as the film premiere for Alexander.

This is a work of fiction and a lot of unresearched topics so don't bash my trashy work too much.
