"Daddy let's play!" Jessie asks while pulling the corner of my sleeve.
"Ok ok but just for today ok? Daddy would be busy for the following day" I helplessly comply with the little one's request as we head to a ranch which we build to breed a bunch of high Aptitude Pokemon.
My face was full of helplessness but an unnoticeable smile emerge on my face but soon vanish.
Soon enough, we have arrived at the ranch where we were greeted by the guard.
We spent our time there, especially Jessie, who seem to have a unique affection for Pokemons while I just sit on the tree's shade watching Jessie making sure she won't hurt herself.
Even though we only spent 3 months together, we become closer in just that short span that I no longer find it weird treating her as my daughter.
Even in my past life, I never once felt what it was to be a father, but the longer I spent time with Jessie the more my wall crumbled as I started to think of her as my true daughter and no longer needed to act.
I couldn't help but smile reminiscing all the things that changes in a whole 3 months.
First of all, the organization was growing quickly as we already reached 300 members which are 3 times more than 3 months and all of them are trainers!
The organization has a ranking system divided into 5 parts.

Even though some of them still didn't have the strength to be in the higher ranks, they have shown the potential which was enough of an assurance.
I was pleased with their growth, especially the four orphans, who were the only people who showed potential to have a strength worthy of the Executives title.
Trevor who acts more of a leader than the rest manages to evolve his Mankey to a Primeape and make it reach level 31 while also training his Heracross to level 33 which he caught 2 and a half months ago who has a Red Aptitude and was now his strongest pokemon.
Tan on the other hand was the weakest of the three only having a level 30 Bedrill and a level 29 Green Ariados, He was now walking in the path of a bug trainer but which I first thought was a waste but he promise me to catch some other type Pokemon so I let him be.
Dexter, the sly little fox was also one of the promising subordinates I currently have, owning a level 32 DeepGreen Persian and a level 30 DeepGreen Pidgetto.
And last but not the least, Nathaniel, my currently strongest subordinate and my left hand, He managed to evolve his Psyduck to a level 36 DeepRed Golduck which is the strongest Pokemon of the organization besides mine and a level 32 Red Aptitude Gyarados. He was now walking in the path of Water Trainer and I didn't bother interfering as a sign of my respect to him and his decision.
'A Fighter, Bug, Normal, and Water' I thought thinking about the 4 orphans' respective type specialize but I did nothing to oppose it.
Unlike the game, being a specialist in a single type was much beneficial to others especially those who lack resources and backing, being a specialist in one element makes you get closer to that element which would not only be beneficial to the Trainer but also the Pokemon.
"Gro!" I turned to my right and was startled as I almost fell down but quickly balance myself.
I gave my starter Pokemon a 'you'll pay for this look' as he shivers and put his head down.
I smiled helplessly as I appraise my Grotle who evolved from Turtwig.

Grotle evolve 2 and a half months ago after reaching level 20 and was now again currently wearing everstone.
His aptitude manage to reach LightBlue through the use of two aptitude enhancers.
In the course of 3 months, Grotle's strength improved a lot that even I was speechless at how strong he had been.
His size alone was enough to tell you how well he was raised and trained, even though I don't know what are the average height and weight of a grotle, I'm pretty sure mine was much bigger and heavier than theirs.
Even though Grotle only learns 2 new moves namely Giga Drain and Body Slam, the reason was that he focus all of his time practicing and mastering his already learned moves, and was worth it as he manage to reach Seed Bomb into an Expert level!
"Azu..." I heard another voice to my left and found out it was Azumarill who had just finished his daily training.
'Appraise' I rub her head with a gentle smile as I secretly appraise her.

Azumarill evolve from Marill 2 months ago and reach DeepRed aptitude with the same method as Grotle, through using 2 aptitude enhancers.
Compared to Grotle who only needed to master his moves, Azumarill was lacking in terms of attack moves so we spent the whole three months training Azumarill to learn a bunch of attacking moves and manage to learn 4 but wasn't able to make any of them to an Expert rank.
Overall, it was a very fruitful 3 months as not only did my pokemon's strength increase tremendously but the organization also bloomed and became much stronger and bigger than I first thought it would be.
I smile in satisfaction as we spend the whole day relaxing for the first time in 3 months.
