The New Lecturer

After returning home, Connor immediately took out his phone and dialed Reena's number.

"Mr. Connor..."

Reena quickly answered the phone.

"Ms. Reena, I hope I didn't disturb you by calling this late?"

Connor heard a hint of tiredness in her voice. He suddenly realized it was already midnight and hurriedly asked.

"No, not at all, Mr. Connor. Is there something you need?"

She adjusted her state and asked softly.

"I just wanted to ask you how the investigation into Percy's matter is going." he replied in a soft voice.

"I haven't made much progress on my end..."

Reena answered somewhat embarrassedly.

"It's okay. Just continue your investigation and don't let me disturb your rest!"

Connor said lightly.

"Okay!"

After she agreed, she hung up the phone directly.
