"Let's begin the discussion without slacking off," Mr Saemus said as he entered the cabin.

Earl had dropped Evelyn in front of the council building at just the right time. She felt lightened as her tangled feelings were slowly trying to resolve themselves. Agreeing with what Earl said, she decided to know more about Elric.

Entering the cabin, she saw him sitting with a serene face and working on something. She stood there silently, waiting for other members to arrive. Alfred arrived shortly after, followed by Mr Saemus.

"Well, we now know that the man who died was not Albert Hall. We need to acquire the information about the person who was murdered," Elric said.

"But where to begin from?" Alfred reflected on the situation.

"Young man, the body was found in Hall's cottage. The first suspect will be Mr Hall himself," Saemus stated. 

"Does that mean Albert Hall murdered the man and escaped?" Evelyn asked, deducing from Mr Saemus's words.
