Chapter 75- Addie – Ursool Part 30 Part 4

***ADDIE'S POV***

I used my magic to force our way into the room. The barrier that they had put into place was not a strong one, so it was easy to tear it down. As we stormed the room, I thought chaos would break out. It's what I was anticipating and expecting. 

The moment the door opened, or rather when it was blown from its hinges, the group of men, all five gathered lords, froze and stared at us in confusion. I didn't need an introduction of who they were to figure out where Talmidge was.

Talmidge, the leader of these men and the one trying to take over the kingdom for himself, was the only man standing. The other men had been seated at a table and were staring wide-eyed and frightened, toward the door. 

Barrington, the one who had been injured while they were talking, was slumped against the far wall. The others were sitting at a large table with their jaws hanging open.
