Preparation for adventure 2/2

Gilgamesh took a deep breath and looked up at the sky as he thought of all the things that had happened over the course of the day.

He was under a lot of pressure because of the new mission he had to do in order to get anything that would allow the body of a demigod to mature.

'I can assume that for the first time in a long time everything I do will have a reason and an end. Maybe the only good thing about all this is that I get to spend time with my best friend.

Also, it's not bad to have my mother so close. It's not that I've missed her during my mortal life but I feel that somehow she appreciates being able to have her close to her without needing to be inside her temple…'

Gilgamesh stopped thinking when a hand touched his shoulder to raise his head. He could see Enkidu eating what seemed to be some kind of strange fruit that was yellow in color and had a fairly pleasing outline to the eye.
