“Hey, baby.”
Vincent could feel the heat suffusing his cheek, both from arousal and a deep-rooted contentment. “Hey, stud. Are you ready for a few hours of walking?”
“Walking?” Anthony repeated, and there was a hint of curiosity written all over his face. “Like a romantic walk on the beach?”
Vincent chuckled as he navigated the car out from the apartment complex and onto the busy street. “More like a crowded market. We’re ten days away from the first day of the Lunar New Year, and parts of San Francisco are gearing up for the celebration. Haven’t you noticed how many Lunar New Year-related items are popping up left and right on several sidewalks and buildings?”
“I do, but I can’t really focus on them.”
“Why not?” Vincent asked. “Some of them are huge, and they are all eye-catching because they come in shades of red, gold, yellow, and orange. It will be kind of hard not to stare at them.”
