The Climax(3)

There was an arrow there. It had struck his heart, explaining why blood currently flowed down his chest. 

The arrow quickly disintegrated into tiny blobs of light, but the damage it made was still there. The hole in his chest could not be closed. 

He tried pronouncing a few words, but what came out was inaudible, "Guys, I..I think..we..were–"

*Thud!*

Not being able to keep up with his status, he fell to the ground.

In his last moments, he wondered why the others weren't paying attention to him. 

As he stared at his front, he saw the body of his fellow mate fall just beside him. It was then that he gained the answer to his question. 

'The Narva Academy… what a snaky bunch of bastards!'

His eyes closed and death grabbed him!

After he died, a few hidden figures appeared and snatched the beads his group left behind.
