Gangadhar stroked his chin and nodded. "It is possible, Your Majesty. We currently have built 25 Delhi-class battleships, 7 military-grade Guwahati-class armed merchant ships, 30 Pune-class battleships, 150 Colombo-class frigates, 50 Chennai-class Clippers, 300 Amaravathi-class frigates, and 150 Kolkata-class Clippers. all built with the budget allocated from the naval expansion bill, this force is enough to compete with the joint European Navy within the Indian Ocean." 

"However, if the alliance between the Europeans really happened, then we would have to pay a very high price, maybe even losing half of the currently built Navy could be considered normal." There was a pin-drop silence in the conference room. Then, thinking about something, Gangadhar added, "The death toll might be even more staggering, especially since the new recruits of the Navy are not experienced enough to handle this sort of war."
