Everyone leaves home and move on with their lives and we never see them ever again until their occassional cameos in future stories

== After Graduation, Elon POV ==

I swore to get a job when I got into high school, and in the end never managed to get one throughout. I guess now I have no choice since Dad isn't giving me any more money, and I still owe him for all the car repairs over the years.

"Don't worry about it," he tells me.

"Are you sure, Dad?"

"Just find a job and take care of yourself, okay? It's not a big deal."

"Well, thanks dad."

"Alright, son, but now the car is your responsibility, so I suggest you find a job as soon as you can."

"Alright, I will."

At this time, my mom comes in, "Ah, my poor sweet former son is finally leaving home. He is like the brown leaf that detaches from the tree in the autumn season."

"Doesn't that imply you are dying?"

"It does? Oh no, we can't have that."

"Well, how about saying something normal, like, I'm proud of you son."

"Well, I would, but I'm not. You broke up with Nola and immediately replaced her. In fact, you went out with Heather before you broke up with her, you naughty boy. I can't forgive you for that unless you agree to make her your second wife."

"Mom, me and Nola was never a thing. Besides, I didn't even realize I was already dating Heather until she told me."

My dad chuckles at my mom, "At least he knows now. I was afraid he as going to get married and still not realize what was going on."

"Hmph," my mom says, "I guess she's a nice girl. Always remember, son, that a good woman is the one who molds you into a positive image. Don't date girls that take advantage of you. If you have to be submissive, at least be with one that benefits the both of you."

"Uhh... thanks."

My dad comes up to me as he wraps his arm around me, "Alright, son. I'm just going to repeat this one last time. Always remember that when the time comes, always wear protection."

"Come on, dad..."

"Now son, this is important."

"That's right," my mom interjects. "You could end up getting covid."

"Mom, that's not what he means."

"Don't argue with me. You wear that mask when your having sex with her."

"I think we're done with here."

== Nola's POV ==

Here I am, standing in this dais that my mom brought in, with a red carpet on the bottom, as she gives me a medal. It's a plastic gold medal with a '#1' imprinted on it, and apparently it was made in China.

"Congratulations, my daughter," she begins, "You are now on your way to take down the male menace. Womankind is now one step closer to dominating the planet."

"Uhh... thanks..." I say. Ever since I've stopped listening to her, I've started to notice that my mom may not be as sane as I thought she was.

"Now get off your father." Confused about what she means, I step off the dais, which turns out to be my dad who as laying down with some boards on top.

"Mom, why did you made me stop on dad?"

"Don't worry about him. What's important is that the day of womanrok is at hand." Womanrok, yeah, it's some kind of end-of-days situation. "I have prepared for you this majestic garb as a sign of your graduation from the Patriarchal Menace to prepare for the Matriarchal Menace that will someday come."

She gives me a robe, full of gems. Plastic gems.

...

...

...

Candy pieces.

"Mom, I think this is enough."

"What do you mean? Put it on."

"No mom. This is ridiculous. I'm not going through this ceremony that doesn't seem to have any rhyme or reason."

"The old Nola would! What happened to you girl? You used love prancing around your ceremonial garb when you were young for Woman's Superiority day."

"That's Secretary's Day, and no, I didn't. Especially since you insist the garb has to be made with 'plumes'. I don't appreciate wearing something made out pigeon feathers."

"I know that. That's why this one is made out of seagull feathers."

I drop the garb on the floor. "Mom, enough. It's clear you're not getting psychological help. So I'm just going to say this. I'm leaving and never coming back, Rudy is my friend, not my servant, and no, he doesn't take me to the toilet, no one does. Don't call me, I'll call you. With all that said," I give her a hug, "I kind of love you."

She cocks her head to the side, "I sort-of kind of love you too."

"Yeah, okay. I'm leaving forever. Bye."

"Alright. Buy some shampoo on the way back. I'm kind of thirsty."

"Yeah, sure. Can you wait four years?"

== Unknown person's POV ==

And there they go. Elon, and Nola exiting the building. Waiting for them is Rudy and Heather in the parking lot. Elon is now heading to college while Nola is moving in with Heather. Nola is the only one without a car, so she will go with Heather while Rudy and Elon will go their separate ways.

Elon will soon go to his university, and get acquainted with his soon to be roommate. Hopefully, he'll finally figure out what he wants to study by the time he enters. Rudy is going to a different college, where he'll work hard to be a star athlete to give his mother a new lease in life. Heather will go to the same college as Elon, and will work hard to become a nutritionist and health expert while continuing to play soccer.

As for Nola, looks like she's starting over from scratch. To think she kept on going to the toilet with her friend Elon, causing her distress and anxiety. But now she's on her way to recovery, but it's going to be a long and difficult road ahead of her. But you can do it, Nola. I believe in you.

As for me, I shall follow them and continue chronicling their story. There's so much left to tell, such as Nola possibly relapsing and needing Elon to go with her again, or Rudy being tempted for more toilet troubles. We don't even know what was up with Heather. But I'm sure if I sneak inside her apartment before she gets there and stay in her closet, I'll get to the bottom of this for sure. The story is not over-

"Hey, you!"

Huh? Oh no, it's the cops.

"What are you doing here? You were ordered from ever getting near this property ever again."

"The order said 50 feet and I'm standing 49 feet away. You can't arrest me."

"Leave this area or it's back to jail with you."

"Make me!"

Oh no, I forgot that doesn't work on police as he's now approaching me. But the joke's on him, I'm clever. You see, the sewer next to me is open for these opportunities. I quickly jump and he hesitates to follow me. Ha ha! You stupid cop! The rats that try to bite my eyes out are more competent than you are!

== One moth later ==

"Where is Elon and Rudy? We've been waiting forever? Did they get lost?"

"Calm down, Nola. They know where the beach is. He and Rudy will be here any minute now."

"Look, there they are. ELON!"

"Hey, Nola. Thanks for the hug, but it's only been a few days."

"Oh, Elon, you know I care about you so much, right?'

"Okay, I get it."

"Oh, there's Rudy. Hey!"

"What's up, Nola? Heather, how's it going."

"Pretty good. Classes have started, so I'm now a lot busier. Sorry for not hanging out with you guys lately."

"I'm so jealous of you guys who can go to school."

"Cheer up, Nola. There's still a chance to go to vocational school. You just gotta save a bit more."

"Vocational school? That's not the same."

"I believe in you, Nola. Work hard and make something out of yourself."

"Aw, thanks Elon."

"Alright guys. Let's go."

"Wait, let's a take a photo first. Oh man, I forgot my selfie stick. "

"Excuse me, I couldn't help but hear your situation. Perhaps I can help you with the photograph."

"Yeah, that will work."

"Alright get together. Okay, good. Now, smile."

*snap*

"Fantastic."

"Thanks, stranger."

"You're welcome, Nola."

"How did you know my name?"

"Uhh... nothing. Never mind. I got to go now."

"Hey, wait. Our photo!"

"Ha ha! I ran away successfully. Nobody will stop my ambition to follow these four young people for the rest of my life and chronicle their adventures. They will soon have new friends, meet new adversaries, confront new challenges, and I will be there to write it all down. For now, this photograph shall do. Let us meet again, Elon, Nola, Heather, and Rudy."
