Chapter 35

We arrived safe and undisturbed at the location of our most auspicious gathering of Supervillains and evil doers. The extra flavour that spoke a glaring tale of secret organization holding meetings is the fact that many of the guests arrived and went for the extravagance of frightening costumes, exotic animals and mutants for what I'm assuming is going to be the circus show on the itinerary. 

Convoys for armoured vehicles, a large truck with a force field shimmering in a globe over it, a giant mirror and a whole lot more extravagant things.

Frasier is kind enough to fill me in, "These are all the others, many of them coming simply and traders, looking for the locals to sell their wares to, bargain to keep treasures hidden from forces after it, discuss local purchasing propositions, scout and poach talent and expand their influence." He seems to cringe at the bulk thought of it, "They are symbiotes, useful, but out for their own agendas. Be careful."
