Chapter 15

Fawn awaits me downstairs as she does every other day. She's the assigned 'driver' that takes me off to my 'father's' place, the Residence.

Whereas in truth I haven't seen Dennis as much as I've seen Symphiny since this mess started, Fawn only takes me there for the appearance, it's fortunate Dennis made sure XPD never got permits to search the premises.

Not like they'd find anything except for more reasons to turn to villainy, the Residence is bound to inspire envy and greed in anyone that lay eye on it.

Although the merciless chill of everwinter stings the bright blossoming trees and flowers that littered the place, it still retains a level of prestige well above any other I've seen. The weather machines had to be deactivated for the sake of XPD monitoring, we want people turning to villainy, our side of villainy sure. 

But it's far more that they'll spread the word of a clear gap of clear sky in Xoxia that isn't the lake dividing the city.
