"What traditions?" I asked, still trying to digest the fact that she just called me the princess. 

The girl signaled me politely to get down from the bed as she placed sandals beneath. I smiled at her awkwardly before sliding my feet into the furry sandal. The very moment I got up my head dizzied and I sat back down. That was the best nap I had had in the longest time on my own. "Are you fine princess?" The girl asked.

I nodded at her, "yeah yeah... was there something in the food yesterday?" 

"No, just heavy carbs and sugar," she replied before she raised her brows like she remembered something, "it was the dessert. Many guests are scared when they come to stay at the Cermesi estate. It is hard for them to sleep when they could get killed in their sleep. So the first night is a special dessert for them. We put sedatives in it." I cleared my throat before getting up and walking past her.
