When the second cooling gel got tapped on Cianas injured hand as what they said, she moved a few fingers. "See, even with out the cooling gel, I can move it--" , "Aw! That actually stings!" From being confident to reacting the opposite way in just a split second.

The assistant did not said any thing, he continued tapping the cooling gels on the affected areas. When Ciana felt the stinging sensation calmed down after a set of gel packs being replaced by one another, she touched the assitants left hand, "Do you mind telling me the procedures now?"
