"You know that won't happen with us, right?" He asked the taller werewolf quietly 

Chester wasn't sure how to answer the other's question, but the silence was enough for Callum to know that the other wasn't sure about that. 

"I would say that I can promise you that, but I can only do that between the two of us. I don't think though that Keith would let something like a relationship get between us and our friendship either though." Callum wanted to think that at least. He felt like they were close enough as friends that even if things didn't work out with Apryl or something else happened that he wouldn't choose to push them away. 

"You might be right on that, it's just not something I want to take a chance on because of how well things have been going." Chester told the other. 

The conversation came to end not long after this because they reached the hotel. Jeff was waiting out front for them even though he appeared to be taking a phone call.
