I'm sitting on the step of the stairs of the throne while watching everyone is preparing. Ivonna only brings Emma, Chelsea, and Francesca with her because Michael and the others will attack the Segregate guild's bases in the Alliance Kingdoms' territory. Kingstar and the others also only bring half of the commanders and leave the rest to deal with the bases in the three sovereignties.

Avriel appears from the shadow and walks toward me, she leans her body forward and whispers into my ear.

"Can I join them?"

I look at her and shake my head.

"You do remember that I made a deal with Estian yesterday that I won't participate in this, that includes you and Krestan."

Avriel frowns while squinting her eyes at me, but I smile and raise my eyebrows.
