Both Rila and Yakob's mind was filled with these thoughts as they observed Ban. 

It was both perplexing and miraculous to the both of them. 

D-Master Rank Summoners already have the ability to sense Summoning Energy around. They no longer just relied on cultivating with Beast Cores, nature itself was a cultivation resources to the likes of them. 

Seeing Ban getting attuned to nature and his mere actions causing a stir on the surrounding Summoning Energy was a surprise to the two of them. As far as they know, one can only absorb the Summoning Energy but not control them, especially when it has not been processed inside their body yet.
