Both of the doors opened at the same time and as a natural response, his body was already in motion towards the elevator while slightly pushing Calvin to go in first.

But just before he was completely inside, what he saw in the adjacent elevator made his heart sour. He was stunned motionless in between the elevator doors.

It was Sarah! And in Shaun's eyes, he saw a glimpse of her being kissed by someone on the lips.

His trembling heart sped up beating spontaneously. The elevator door that opened sideways again due to his body being sensed closed again as he stiffly stepped hurriedly inside. Then lastly came his hands that involuntarily kept on pressing the close button, ostensibly afraid of witnessing more.
